    Recently renewed my lease after the first year and transferred apartments in the process - genuinely couldn't imagine an easier experience. Had seen the unit online - emailed the office about it, viewed it, and had it reserved in the same day. No issues having my deposit switched over, no paperwork issues, just easy. The people have always been incredibly helpful and quick to communicate, the amenities are amazing - all of it makes it easy to stay here :)

    As a former resident, I’m finally writing my own review because a previous response posted under my name was not written by me. 🤦‍♀️😒 My experience with management was extremely disappointing. There seemed to be more focus on maintaining appearances than actually addressing resident concerns in a professional and respectful way. Communication was inconsistent, privacy did not feel protected, and issues were not handled with the level of care I expected from a property that presents itself as luxury. It also did not feel very kid-friendly, which is important as a parent. The only staff members who were consistently kind and professional were Marlene and Will. I truly appreciated their approach. Overall, management and accountability need significant improvement.

    Not a resident, but went in to request a tour. First leasing agent said it would be 30 min until an agent could be with us to tour the apt which was perfectly understandable as we were walk ins. We hadn’t scheduled tours because we are from out of town and had be interviewing and our interviews ranged from 4-7 hours with no set end time. Then another leasing agent called us back a few seconds later saying he was going to schedule as a tour. Completely ignores me and only talks to my friend (we both were looking into separate apts) and said next available was 5 pm. We told him we were leaving out that day as we were from out of town and there was inclement weather heading in. We asked if we could have a sheet outlining the fees and rent. He said “it’s online” and gave the most disinterested face. I was astonished at how bad customer service was here. We have toured several other apartments and none have been as rude. For example next one we went to apologized they couldn’t tour, gave us paperwork with the fees and photos of the apt, and scheduled an virtual tour. Just night and day difference. All they had to do was give us more information and be kind about not having an agent available at that time. Bare minimum.

    We’ve been living at Vireo Midtown for a year and a half and we just renewed our lease honestly because we couldn’t find a better place to live. The location is amazing, the views are beautiful, the amenities are great, and the staff (including maintenance) is always super helpful.

    If I could give 0 stars I would. I am a current resident, and my vehicle was vandalized by another resident inside the gated area. Property management has taken no action to address the incident or to improve security. Thanks Joe. I emailed you Monday, January 12 and have not received a response yet. Looking forward to hearing from you.
