The management team, especially Nadia and Juliet, is exceptional- always friendly and swift to respond to any questions or concerns. The convenience of the package lockers and the valet trash is very helpful. If I could give another five stars specifically to maintenance, I would! Kolyo, Jay, and Minko go above and beyond to resolve our maintenance requests and address any potential or minor fixes that catch their attention. Management also organizes fun community events and food trucks for us, which is always nice :)
