    Listen, Jade's customer service is impeccable and needs RECOGNITION! I am only 3 weeks in and I am loving it here! My standards are high, and I am not easily impressed, so when I tell you it's worth the price and extra fees, I mean it.The maintenance team is quick and efficient! The apartments are spacious, modern, and I love the spotlight lighting in my kitchen and living room! My first week here I watched maintenance clean the pools even though they are closed at the moment. I will write an update in about 3 months or so!

    Reply to response- we do not feel any of the sentiment expressed in this review response. None of this has been expressed to her, in fact, while waiting in the office after this happened the maintenance was heard speaking unprofessionally about her in front of her. Only one person in the office offered any apology at the time of the incident. Elvis, apologized in his initial email but we are still waiting on a response and resolution to this. this review response should have been a response to her email, that has already been sent. Let’s be as urgent with a resolution as we are with responding to reviews. Thank you. 11/21/25 **********If you want to be illegally evicted, move here. ************ My sister was wrongfully evicted. Here’s what happened. Hadn’t been in the apt 2 months before the office “accidentally” mistook apt for someone who was being evicted apparently. Came home from work, all belongings removed and thrown in dumpster. Had to search for personal items personally . Food, medications,clothing, utensils, everything ruined. Much still not recovered .Office staff left and went to thanksgiving party while she was left to gather rest of belongings.

    Hi, the new maintenance crew is way better then the last one but speaking professional is still Missing across board not just with them but the actual front office ! Only Jade does an exceptional job everyone else literally won’t even introduce themselves when you meet them ! The ladies there sound like they don’t want to bother ! I requested for a mold test to be done & so far nothing yet . I bought an air purifier and a dehumidifier and yet they can’t give a solution to have a better sealing on the windows and prevent so much condensation and reduce mold exposure. I have two positive mold test I bought because they felt it wasn’t necessary for them to test it themselves. It’s unpleasant to speak to them ! I dont know how they even got hired speaking to us with no professionalism or good character! Work ethics matters !!! The hallways are always dirty ! The elevators are always down along with the fire alarm always going off @ 3-4 am and through out the day ! I work from home most times & this disrupts my calls! & of coarse our car got broken into ! The gates are constantly down & door knobs ? Missing too ! I have to use my shirt to open the door by the parking door by the stairs so my fingers won’t get cut by the metal ! I haven’t reported the problem! You would think the maintenance crew would noticed since it’s a main door ! Yet they don’t care unless someone makes a work order ? Also, supervisor never replies to emails! Legal documentation is a must because if it’s not written it didn’t happen? So why not reply to the services we need with our concerns ? Why are they there ? We paid for all this services. Please get new staff who love what they do so they won’t be so bother to serve us with care & compassion as if it was their own homes . I am writing this review because we clearly care for good people to be part of the team to whom we come to in times of need ! I don’t like speaking to most of the women there again they need better customer service skills ! I spoke with Mitchell from corporate today and she literally told me I have already answered that question last week with an attitude & why do you need a reply from the supervisor! She knew my mold test was positive!! Are you serious? Mold causes neurological & respiratory issues ! & you think I don’t expect a supervisor to reply back ? She definitely needs to be trained again along with the rest of them! They need to learn from Jade she cares & actually speaks with love & JOY & she’s professional & KIND !!!

    We service the Ren and the entire team from Elio, the maintenance to Elvis, the property manager, is awesome! My experience with them as a vender has been incredible. I can only imagine the experience the residents are enjoying. I highly recommend checking out the Ren if you're looking for a luxury apartment in the Brookhaven area.

    I’m gonna be completely honest, today I had a scheduled tour with the leasing office and it was by far one of the most disgusting encounters I’ve had with the leasing office. I met with who I believe is named Mercedes I can only describe her as a lady with tattoos on her hand. She did NOT introduce herself, did not give me a full tour of the complex, gave me very little information, and spoke with such disregard and very unprofessional. I no longer have a profound interest in the property since my encounter with the young lady. Please be aware of your tone and interactions. Thank You!
