If I could rate this place zero stars I would. I’ve been here for two years. The first 3 months I didn’t have many problems, then it became summer. I’m on the bottom floor in my complex. I am a clean freak. I never have dirty dishes in the sink, I clean up after myself and take the trash out regularly. The summer I moved in I had more roaches than I’ve ever seen in my entire life. The complex charges you $65 a month for pest control that they NEVER provide unless you continually hound them about it. This place is completely INFESTED with HUGE roaches of different species, it’s disgusting. On top of that, they had maintenance come install a “fire safety” device. They came into my home when I was gone and then my PlayStation came up missing. In my heart I KNOW it was one of the maintenance people because they tried to come in when I was home and left very quickly. My PlayStation was gone 2 days later. Even without the PlayStation incident, I would never have stayed here if I knew the conditions of the establishment. Half of the laundry machines don’t work, you can’t get a service request completed unless you literally call every day, and there’s more roaches living here than people. I have a video of one falling from my ceiling vent onto my BED. Save yourself time money and headache, go somewhere else.
Signed,
A girl who wishes she would have listened to the bad reviews.
Micheal was amazing, very detailed and efficient. My oven went down and he accessed the issue tried to work with what he was given while keeping the maintenence supervisor informed of the progress. He sent the updates in my presence, so I had to wait for him to get a response for his suggestions on how to resolve the issue, which was to replace the stove. The next day he came to replace the stove after getting the ok. If he were in charge, I believe my issue would have been complete the same day without the hassle.

Just moved in on December 23rd 2025.... prior to moving in lease agents told me my first due rent after move in fees would be February 1st of 2026... As of today January 5th of 2026 I was served an eviction notice because the lease agents gave me false information and the company has yet to fix issues in my unit that were supposed to be fixed before I moved in......worse place I've moved into in my life......id greatly recommend no one to move to this place and save yourself the drama and heartaches....when I moved in the bath/shower was unusable....then the 2 dinning room power outlets did not work and my fridge/freezer does not work to the point it cost me over $200 in wasted food.... until this day of January 5th of 2026 the issues still have not been fixed. Before moving in please do talk to many tenants that do live here and they will vouch for everything I have stated
Run run run! They are scamming don’t trust the 5star reviews this is a project housing apartment at it’s finest. This is a copy and paste of a review which I think nails the coffin on this place and then on the real resident reviews they just say “feel free to reach out”. Literally you should be reaching out RATS, MOLD, TERMINITES, BED BUGS, ROACHES??? 3 MONTHS TO RESPOND TO A MAINTENANCE REQUEST 3 MONTHS???? INSANE Thanks Patrick and Fard but no thanks this is ridiculous and definitely giving cover up
As a person in the market looking for a new place to stay I have been looking at your reviews frequently trying to get a gist of what kind of issues your apartment complex has and about 3-4 weeks ago there were complaints of mold rats and roach infestations. I see you all have unleashed some kind of PR scheme to push those comments to the bottom. This isn’t good business and I would like to know why you guys aren’t providing tenants with hospitable living conditions?! RATS?! You’ve got to be kidding. Attractive pricing to live in a hell hole is wild to do. I am so surprised code enforcement has not gotten involved and I may just file on behalf of the tenants in the comments. This complex should be condemned and closed down permanently. Here is a response that you all provided in August regarding how you plan on addressing rodent infestations yet I still see complaints. Y’all must be giving those who make 5 start compliments a free month of rent: I know a scam/review clean up when I see one

Please don’t move here! This is the most disgusting place I’ve ever lived. Roaches, rats and BEDBUGS. They will make you pay for treatment even though you didn’t bring them. I’ve never had to deal with anything like this at any other apartment I’ve lived at. The people in the office don’t care, maintenance doesn’t care and the ones who do are few and far between. There’s been new staff each and every time I’ve visited the leasing office, I can see why. Who would want to work here left alone live here? If something breaks, tough. Our dishwasher has been broken for over a year and no one seems to care. They mark open maintenance requests as “fixed” when no one has come even to inspect the problem. The walls are paper thin, you can hear everything happening in the apartments beside and below you. We pay for laundry but the machines are constantly broken and the facilities are always dirty. I’ve lived here for almost two years and I can’t wait until our lease is up. And I’ve even read other reviews of other tenants, I’m lucky to not have to deal with severe mold or flooding! The roaches and bedbugs are bad enough I can’t imagine dealing with that on top of it. I don’t really even know how things could go about being fixed if I’m honest. They just need to tear these buildings down and start all over again because there’s too many issues that go on without anyone doing anything about them.
