This complex charged me $150 for a smoking complaint that they had no proof of. They also charge you for services that you did ask for nor do they provide in a professional manner. I asked them to remove the valet trash and media package off of my account and I was told they could not because its an automatic charge that they can't remove.
They don't answer the phone and they are slow.

THEY HAVE A WHOLE BUNCH OF RATS ESPECIALLY BY THE DUMPSTER THEY HAVE ROACHES IN THE VENTS IN THE DAM DRAIN PIPES ROACHES WAS HIDING IN MY BABY CARSEAT THEY WAS THERE BEFORE ME I TALK TO NEIGHBORS AND BOY I TELL YOU NIGHTMARE ON ELM STREET BED BUGS TRAVEL FROM DIFFERENT APARTMENTS THE BLACK LADY IN THE FRONT OFFICE TERRIBLE SERVICE THE ONLY TIME YOU WILL SEE THE MANAGER IS WHEN THINGS ARE FIRST GOING GOOD AS SOON AS YOU START TO COMPLAIN ABOUT SOMETHING, YOU WILL NEVER SEE HER. YOU HAVE TO LEAVE A MESSAGE OR TALK TO THE LADY IN THE in the front .
If I could give this company zero stars I would. I personally have been a property manager myself for over 10 years and this apartment is by far some of the worst customer service I have ever experienced. Once you become a tenant, all that customer service rizz goes out the window. Let me tell you, from the day of my move in. It all went down hill. They moved me into a unit, where they had just re-done the bathtub, and I was told I couldn’t shower for 2-3 days while it dried. I was given a key to a whole another apartment, which I had to drive to, just to take a shower. Like literally had to back a shower bag, to shower in a vacant unit. Like seriously? And ABSOLUTELY NO MONEY was taking off of my rent for the inconvenience.
Then today I go into the leasing office to seek help with some issues I’m having and had the worst experience again. The woman in the office Dominique D is THE WORST LEASING CONSULTANT EVER! Her attitude towards tenants is absolutely horrendous. She was of NO HELP, AT ALL. I asked to speak directly to the assistant property manager or the actual property manager and was told I’m not allowed to speak to them. She wrote down an incorrect email address for the property manager and then proceeded to bad mouth me to her leasing staff. How is it that an actual paying tenant, who is not delinquent in rent, never has been late paying rent not able to speak to an actual property manager? That’s crazy to me.
The apartments are so poorly insulated, you can hear everything. Every noise, every conversation, every movement my upstairs neighbors make, you can hear. I have months and months of recording. This is not normal. I am unable to sleep most nights, or I’m woke up by people upstairs. If I could upload my recordings here, I would.
This apartment will always have vacancies because no one in their right mind would EVER want to renew a lease at this property. If you’re thinking about moving here DON’T DO IT! RUN! This is absolutely the worst apartment complex to live in.
Edit: their AI responded. See how they just keep telling me to contact their office when that's what I've been doing for months? This is the quality of their customer service.
Be warned that their leasing agents are very good at making this apartment complex look good during the tours but once you sign those papers they stop caring.
I've been here for almost a year now and it's been a terrible ordeal for me and my family.
We have a new newborn and we signed a no smoking agreement but our building has excessive weed smokers and the ventilation is so bad in the building that the smoke is permeating throughout our unit almost everyday.
Management thinks that sending out email reminders and posting warning signs is enough and calls it a day. This is the most management will do when it comes to lease violation.
It's so bad that we wake up at all hours of the night due to the smoke as well as dealing with a newborn. We've had to spend our own money on filters, air freshener and masks but the smoking is still so intense here.
Management is well aware but does nothing about it and I've been emailing them for months with radio silence.
If you value your family's health and comfort do not live here.
If you want a management team that actually cares about the health of their tenants and actually enforces their own rules then please do not lease here.
