  I don’t understand how the service industry is failing on the basic requirement, communication. This property has had 3 management changes in less than 2 years. Issue 1 : the resident portal is for decoration where you put in service request but management claims to never receive it. Issue 2 : you go and talk to management and they roll your eyes if you ever dare try to create a sense of urgency. Issue 3 : you leave voicemails, never to be returned. Issue 4 : the security gates have not once been resolved and are open for anyone to come and go as they please. Issue 5 : their key fobs, lockers, never ever seem to work. Issue 6 : packages, disappear. I’ve lived in 4 rental apartments across the nation and only in this property I’ve lost several packages..several. Let’s not even go into day to day maintenance, joke out of their concierge, gym, common office space, anything.

  John, our assistant property manager is awesome. Whenever I came with some concern it got resolved quickly and it exceeded my expectation every time. Kudos to you John.

  Lived here for almost 2 years with no complaints. Issues here are typical with any large apartment complex. Cushman took over recently and John and the other property managers/leasing agents have done a lot of work within the last few months to improve the community, especially with fixing some of the issues inherited from previous management. They've pressure washed the buildings, fixed the trash compactors, did construction on the pools, and completed pavement work. They also have one of the most well maintained apartment complex tennis courts in the area. If they continue to keep up the work this place is definitely worth checking out for the area.
