I am a former resident of The Harrison, and my experience ended in one of the most unprofessional and unsafe situations I’ve ever dealt with in housing.
From July through October 2025, I reported water intrusion, mold growth, and ventilation issues multiple times. Instead of properly addressing the problem, management painted over active mold, left the unit in hazardous condition, and later deleted maintenance records from my portal. My health declined to the point where I needed urgent care visits, medication, and an inhaler.
When I informed management of the conditions and that I was leaving, they later changed my move-out date without my consent, forged a signature not written by me, and even attempted to bill me after acknowledging in writing that I was owed a refund for unused rent. As of today, that refund still has not been sent.
Even worse, after I left, the unit was entered and altered while my belongings were still inside, and the condition of the apartment when I returned on October 11th was completely unacceptable.
I have documentation, emails, maintenance screenshots, medical records, and photos, which I will upload to this review soon so future residents can see the full truth.
I would strongly advise anyone considering living here to protect themselves, read every document carefully, and look closely at how serious health and safety complaints are handled. No resident should ever have to go through what I experienced.
Will be taking this higher up.

Everything started out well with this complex, but quickly turned into a nightmare. Stay far away! In July, we started noticing an intermittent leak in our bedroom floor. We reported it each time, and maintenance would come out, say they didn’t know where it was coming from, and then just close out our maintenance request. This happened for months. Then in October the leak was so bad it spread throughout our bedroom floor and our kids’ bedroom closet. Maintenance finally pulled up the carpet to see where it was coming from, and there was (of course) mold all over the floor under the carpet. We were left for a week without use of half of our apartment as they got their ducks in a row to address the issue. My husband was calling and emailing them every day with little to no response. When the property manager finally responded, they told us to be patient. Be patient!? We had been nothing but patient! They offered us no discount on rent, no alternate accommodations, no apology, nothing. Totally unacceptable. They brought plumbers in to fix the leak and replaced the walls and floors - leaving us without use of our apartment for another week. We’re lucky to have friends we could stay with, because the complex offered no help. We thought that everything had been taken care of last month. Then this morning I woke up at 5am to get ready for work and the apartment was flooded. Standing water in both bathrooms, the primary bedroom, the hallway, and the kitchen. We put in an emergency maintenance request, and the response said someone was on their way. That was 2 1/2 hours ago, and we haven’t heard a thing since. I guess we just need to “be patient” with them again.
