  I have been living at this complex for close to three years now. The apartment itself is clean and refurbished, but for the price it's very small without much walkability. That isn't my problem with it. I have had a malfunctioning air conditioning unit for months. I've placed seven service requests and they are never able to fix the issue. Now, in the dead of summer, they have stopped responding to my service requests for over almost two weeks now. Middle of summer heat, inside temps reaching up to 80 degrees, no response from maintenance. If you call the front desk during hours you better hope someone is there, because if you leave a message with urgency they haven't once returned my call. It's insane that they're fine with essentially ghosting a tenant who pays rent and just wants their AC fixed. In the middle of summer. In the south. The Grant, y'all need to get it together.

  I've been enjoying my stay here immensely. The place is well maintained, my move-in was easy, the fees have been clearly communicated, and the unit is quite comfortable. There's stores within walking distance and good accomodations for dogs if you have one.

  I’ve had a good experience living at this apartment complex. The staff are very kind and easy to talk to, and it’s clear they care about the residents. The property manager handles responsibilities at two locations, which sometimes means things take a bit longer than expected, but they do their best to stay on top of everything. Overall, the team is helpful and friendly, and the environment feels welcoming.

  Property was peaceful & Quiet and it's in the cut not too far from the action, Tobias the leasing agent was superb appreciate you!!
