  The property itself is aesthetically beautiful and well-maintained. The grounds and overall appearance are appealing, and my neighbors were kind and pleasant during my time there. To be fair, I did experience personal hardship during my tenancy and fell behind at one point. I made every effort to communicate, resolve matters, and maintain my tenancy during that time, and I won’t place that responsibility solely on the leasing office. Some staff members were fair and professional in their interactions. However, overall communication from management was at times inconsistent, and response times varied. During difficult situations, the communication style occasionally felt urgent or high-pressure, which can understandably create added stress for tenants already navigating hardship. In my experience, there appeared to be limited structured resources available for tenants facing temporary setbacks, which made resolution feel more challenging than necessary. Most concerning was a reimbursement that was documented in writing with a specified date, yet required multiple follow-ups and an in-person visit before resolution. Matters involving tenant property and financial commitments should be handled promptly and transparently. When escalation to senior leadership occurred, communication was noticeably more direct and solution-oriented. Greater consistency at the management level would significantly improve the overall tenant experience. For prospective renters, I would strongly recommend maintaining thorough documentation of all communication and agreements. While the physical property is attractive and the community itself felt pleasant, administrative responsiveness and refined management practices would make a meaningful difference.

  Had a small problem with my heater in the cold winter and was serviced extremely quickly. The maintenance team (Will and Q) were amicable, quick, and thorough in their service. The management has always been very prompt and understanding when it comes to working with us, and after our first maintenance request in a year or so, it went very smoothly.

  The Avenue at 3060 maintenance team Q AND WILL IS FOREVER GETTING BACK WITH FAST MAINTENANCE REQUEST WOULD RECOMMEND THEM BOTH NEED A HIGHER PAY RISE FOR WHAT THEY DO THANK THE AVENUE AT 3060 maintenance team!!!!!

  Have lived here for 7 months, nothing but amazing. The property is so well kept, pool and common areas are amazing and have had 0 issues with a maintenance or concerns. Every time I talk with someone from the Aubrey staff, they are nothing but nice. Looking forward to renewing my lease. Only downside is parking for guests but it’s manageable
