I am disappointed in the leasing agent because she acted like she didn't even want to speak to us. My daughter politely went up to her and asked where the bathroom was. She looked at her like she was bothering her and stuck her hand out and pointed to the right. She was not on the phone nor busy with anyone else. She did not speak to us at all until I spoke first. It was just off-putting. I had also wanted to inquire about specials and possibly moving here since my friend enjoys it. However, the staff did not make me feel welcome on top of that she had blonde hair with blonde eyelashes. She did not present professional or courteous. You all lost business because of that interaction.
