  I would like to take a moment to sincerely thank Paul for all the help and support he gave me during the process of getting my apartment. From the beginning to the end, he was kind, patient, understanding, and always willing to help. He took the time to explain everything clearly, answered all my questions, and made what could have been a stressful process feel much easier and smoother. I truly appreciate his professionalism, his positive attitude, and the way he treated me with respect and care. It meant a lot to have someone so helpful and supportive during such an important time. Thank you again, Paul, for going above and beyond I’m very grateful for everything you did for me.

  I visited the location Southwood Vista Apartments Homes and the front desk manager, Shakenya, provided exceptional customer service; I was extremely satisfied with the apartment tour, and she was able to provide informative information.

  Paul, kenya, Marco , they’re great anything I need in the leasing office they always comes through when needed. Marco is a great maintenance team members any issues he comes and fix the issue right away.

  As a resident of this property for over 5 years the new Dayrise management company is not community tenant focused as the prior companies were. The leasing agents are very nice and can be very helpful, however the leasing manager is not the most pleasant nor accommodating. My car was towed from this property after showing updated registration but because the sticker wasn't on it was towed at my expense. The maintenance staff does respond to issues well. Outside of the gate being broke all year and them forcing you to buy a pass for a week and then it breaks again this leaves your car open to get broken into which they are not useful when this happens everything goes through APD. in the summer the pool is open for a week and then closed the rest of the summer because of the neighboring buildings tenants sneak in and destroy the pool. the apartment itself is actually great if you get a unit that isn't facing the pond that reeks.

  I had a great experience working with Paul Saintil. He was professional, responsive, and genuinely helpful throughout the entire process. All my questions were answered clearly, and they made everything—from scheduling tours to signing the lease—smooth and stress-free.
