  ZERO STARS! I scheduled a tour at Sixth11th Midtown five days in advance. The morning of the tour, around 11:44 a.m., José called to confirm our 3:30 p.m. appointment and even reminded us to be on time because he had someone scheduled right after us which already felt a bit off for a first impression. Then, less than an hour before the tour (around 2:37 p.m.), he called again to say he had double-booked and also had a move-in, so our tour couldn’t happen. This is unacceptable, especially since the appointment was confirmed and made well ahead of time. If this is how scheduling and communication are handled before even becoming a resident, I can only imagine the issues that would come after moving in. We won’t be rebooking or considering this community any further.

  I toured with Jose on a Saturday and he was awesome. The staff I interacted with was really friendly, and I could tell during the tour that residents really like the management. The property was clean and well kept. Nice pool, gym, and clubhouse. I applied and the process was pretty easy. The turnaround on approval was quick and they communicated with me almost daily. I got an offer the day of my approval for a travel opportunity so I ended up not signing the lease. It seems to be a great apartment and my experience was very positive.
