  I genuinely enjoyed living at this property and had a positive experience throughout my tenancy. The community was well maintained, and I have nothing but appreciation for the majority of the staff, especially Jose, Marcus, and Lisa. That said, I would caution future residents about move-out interactions with management, particularly regarding deposit deductions. My experience with Jason during the move-out process was disappointing — communication became dismissive, and reasonable questions about charges were shut down rather than addressed constructively. Specifically, we were charged for carpet replacement despite having no spills, pets, or incidents during our tenancy. While I ultimately accepted a partial resolution to avoid a prolonged dispute, the process felt inflexible and unnecessarily adversarial. I recommend future residents document everything carefully at move-in and move-out, and don’t be afraid to ask questions and stand up for yourself if you find yourself in a similar situation.

  I lived here for about 2.5 years during college before moving out for a job recently, and it was one of the best choices I’ve made in ATL. Jose and all of the concierge staff were incredibly kind, and the move in and out process was transparent the entire time. The building and amenities were also excellent. I genuinely don’t have any complaints about this apartment, and I just wanted to thank the amazing people who are in charge. Thank you!

  ZERO STARS! I scheduled a tour at Sixth11th Midtown five days in advance. The morning of the tour, around 11:44 a.m., José called to confirm our 3:30 p.m. appointment and even reminded us to be on time because he had someone scheduled right after us which already felt a bit off for a first impression. Then, less than an hour before the tour (around 2:37 p.m.), he called again to say he had double-booked and also had a move-in, so our tour couldn’t happen. This is unacceptable, especially since the appointment was confirmed and made well ahead of time. If this is how scheduling and communication are handled before even becoming a resident, I can only imagine the issues that would come after moving in. We won’t be rebooking or considering this community any further.

  Want to pay 2500 for a place w no AC? Then live here. I have to get ice from the 6th floor ice machine to have a livable temperature.

  Best apartment, building, neighbors, and staff I could ask for. Lived here for almost a year and a half and enjoyed every bit of it.
