Only thing is the loan application was stressful as they keep asking for the same information over and over again, but the processor, Teresa, assigned to me was nice as she clarified my inquiries as best as she could. The CM assigned to us was very helpful and approachable, Jon Fulton. The house is acceptable but not very durable as it paints come off easily when it gets hit or gets dented easily. Neighborhood in our area hopefully will be great.

- KSKiran ShettyOct 29, 20251.0If you are spending your life’s savings do it on an accountable builder, not Pulte. Tiles in my Pulte home started popping just after just 4 years. Tiles are supposed to last life time. I spent thousands fixing it. I only learnt they used very little thinset and left no expansion gaps—basic installation errors. The warranty manager denied any help, even though tiles should last a lifetime mine lasted 4 years. Don’t buy a Pulte home—cheap workmanship and zero accountability. Photos attached! Literally bare tiles with hardly any thinset. This review will go to every Pulte corporate office.

No matter who I dealt with, I always felt like I was their priority and that goes a long way. I know that I would definitely use them again for another build but honestly it is going to be probably impossible to get my family and I out of this one because we LOVE this house. I would recommend them for anyone that is nervous about buying a home because they are extremely patient and understanding. Their entire team were so professional but also made us feel like family. Thank You PULTE!
