  I recently closed on my home at Mainstay, River Islands and I cannot speak highly enough of the Pulte team—specifically David, Eric, and Brian. From start to finish, the process was proactive, professional, and transparent. * David Dube (Construction Manager): David was incredible during the construction phase. He took the time to do a thorough walkthrough, explaining the intricacies of the build process and clearly highlighting the "Pulte Difference" compared to other builders. His knowledge is top-tier, and he frequently went above and beyond to accommodate my specific requests, ensuring I felt confident in the quality of the home. * Eric (Construction Manager): Eric handled my final walkthrough with extreme detail. He walked me through every single component of the home, ensuring I knew how everything worked. He was incredibly patient, answering every question I had without ever making me feel rushed. * Brian Beer: I also want to give a huge shout-out to Brian for his professionalism. He was instrumental in helping us find our dream home and made the initial stages of the journey seamless. Pulte truly has a solid, high-performing team at Mainstay, River Islands

  W e had an amazing experience building our new home with Pulte! The entire team was wonderful, but Brittany over construction truly stood out. Brittany was exceptional to work with. She took real pride in building our home, and it showed in every detail. She was communicative, proactive, and always made us feel confident throughout the process. You can tell she genuinely cares about the quality of her work and the families she’s building for. Brandon and Angelica were also fantastic — organized, responsive, and always on top of things. The teamwork was seamless from start to finish. Great team. Amazing product. Delivered as promised. We couldn’t be happier with our new home!

  I built a new home with Pulte in a Del Webb comunity. The process was very smooth. I was kept well informed the entire time and all questions and issues were addressed quickly by anyone from the sales team, design specialist, and the construction managers. I was very impressed that the house was completed on time given the weather conditions. THe outside remains, but I am confident that it will be addressed when the weather is favorable.

  We truly had a wonderful experience throughout our home-building journey and are so grateful for the incredible team who guided us along the way. Kerri Stone, our Sales Consultant, was a pleasure to work with from the very beginning. She walked us through the agreements and documentation with patience and clarity, making each step feel manageable and stress-free for first time owners like us. She was always responsive, thoughtful, and supportive from start to closing. Blake Nolan, our Construction Manager, did an outstanding job bringing our home to life. His communication and attention to detail gave us peace of mind throughout the entire build. He went above and beyond to make sure our questions were answered and our concerns were handled with care. What stood out most was his genuine dedication and pride in his work. It’s clear he truly cares about the homes he builds and the families who will live in them. We sincerely appreciate their hard work, and commitment. Building a home is a big milestone, and they made it a positive and memorable experience for us.
