We were so impressed with the weekly briefing over Zoom & calls with the building progress as we were in a different State when the home was built. They were very responsive to our endless questions. Super helpful and accomodating. We hired a 3rd party home inspector and he was impressed too with how well Pulte built the home. We would definitely recommend Pulte for anyone who's consider buying a home.

A big shout-out to Tyler Stephenson (Construction Manager) - he was extremely responsive and quickly fixed our garage door and dining table electrical switch issues. He is very professional and a true hard worker. Our only frustration was with Pulte Mortgage, as the loan process started late and felt rushed near closing, which caused delays. Despite that, we love our home and appreciate the efforts of the sales and warranty teams.
