- BCBrenda Safia ChumaSep 26, 20251.0I have lived here for about a year now. while the location is optimal, I have experienced more issues than peace of mind. pest control continues to be an issue. my air conditioning has stopped working twice in a year and both times it took days to fix even though this is considered a maintenance emergency. my toilet stopped working in my 1B/1B and when I stopped by the office after work to check on the status of my emergency repair request, I was met with “they will get to it when they can, you can use the bathroom in the office until 9pm”. this is not only an inconsiderate response, but it is also inconvenient and irresponsible considering the amount of money we pay to live in this community. I will not be resigning my lease. proceed to move to this community with caution because I know of multiple other residents that have experienced similar issues with incredibly slow and bad response times.

- MCMEGAN CALAMANCOSep 3, 20251.0Very disappointed they do not follow through with anything you call the office they tell you that they will call you back they never do called because my apartment has bugs they said someone would come out next day paid to put dog in daycare no one showed up called Kayla told her she doesn’t follow through said someone would be there by end of night and nobody came! They do not care about people health or health of pets that bugs are in apartment I actually don’t even believe they called to have someone come spray going to higher up as of tomorrow

I consistently see about three of them and they all do a great job to make sure that we’re all comfortable in our apartments. I always run into Marlin in the hallways as he’s cleaning and sanitizing the public spaces. He’s always polite and respectful and he’s a straightforward kind of guy. I’m big on being clean and areas being maintained so I really do appreciate Marlin for everything that he does.
