    I’ve had a great experience living here so far. The property is always clean and well-maintained, and the management team is responsive and helpful whenever I need anything. The location is also super convenient with many restaurants and stores nearby and the amenities are a huge plus. Overall, it’s been a comfortable and stress-free place to live — I’d definitely recommend it!

    Lumen Briarcliff has been a wonderful place so far — the community is beautiful, well-maintained, and thoughtfully designed. The apartments, amenities, and overall atmosphere make it feel modern, comfortable, and welcoming. The leasing and move-in experience has been smooth, and it’s clear the team truly cares about residents having a positive experience. A special thank you to Faith, who went above and beyond to make our early move-in request possible. She was incredibly helpful, responsive, and proactive throughout the process, ensuring everything worked out seamlessly for us. Her professionalism and genuine willingness to help made a stressful situation much easier, and we truly appreciate her support.

    Wouldn't recommend to anyone due to numerous different type of problems in this community and their money-hungry attitude. Firstly, their move out process is extremely messed up, they have system limitations due to which they make you pay the final utility bills without deducting it from security deposit, and then they close your account or do something with the system in backend due to which the final bill payment doesn't go through, even if you have them on pre-authorized payment. Once payment fails, they charge you NSF of $40. They didn't even inform me about it till 1 month and there was no way for me to know since they closed my account and login portal. This is totally insane and unfair. It's literally no fault of mine since I paid final utility bill on time and as per their instructions. This is shady and unethical business practice since they don't even have clue about why they were not able to extract the final payment of $25. For a 25$ amount I paid penalty of $40. There are lot of other issues as well like counter-tops are cheaply made due to which it stains as soon as you place anything on it, even if its a regular pan. You will spend hours cleaning the stains. All day ambulance noise with heavy traffic getting down from highway. Cheap construction where you hear upstairs tenants walking, and there are large spaces in entrance door due to which if anyone in the building shuts their door, your entrance door will vibrate heavily making you feel that someone is trying to break in (it happens even at night and disturbs the sleep). Balcony doors have spaces and doesn't seal when you close it, due to which very cold air keeps gushing inside which in turn causes heater to turn-on frequently and increases electricity bill. Uber delivery and grocery delivery are impossible here due to the security lock on elevator, so drivers enter the building but they can never reach your unit, so they go back, and eventually you go downstairs to pick every order. Package delivery room doesn't allow Uber/Grocery delivery. The unit also has spiders, they charge pest control but never do it. The only good thing here is maintenance team. But the management has changed recently so not sure if they will change the maintenance as well. The new management is not at all accountable and doesn't take responsibility of their issues and system limitations. With so many issues, their rent is extremely high. I found many other places who are offering much better peaceful place at a less rent comparatively.
