  I had such an amazing experience working with Ty at Loria Ansley! We first connected back in June when I was just starting to explore my options, but I didn’t make my final move decision until the end of the year. Throughout that entire time, Ty was incredibly patient, supportive, and never once made me feel pressured. She truly gave me the space to make the best decision for me. From touring the property to finally moving in, she and the entire team have been nothing short of welcoming and professional. Everyone is friendly, responsive, and genuinely makes you feel valued as a resident. What I love most is how much care they show, not just to me but even to my dog. That meant so much. The community events are thoughtful and fun, and they’ve really helped make this place feel like home. I’m so happy with my decision and would highly recommend Loria Ansley, especially Ty, to anyone looking for a place that feels both elevated and welcoming.

  My move-in process was very smooth. The agent, Ty, was incredibly helpful every step of the way. The other agents are also prompt when issues arise and do a great job resolving them. What I love most about this property is the more mature crowd in Midtown—it’s clean, quiet, and well maintained.

  Top Tier is my initial reaction. From my first tour with Timothy, to several times I visited the community afterwards, prior to move in - this felt like HOME. My expectations are extremely high and discriminating when it comes to apartment living considering the expensive price point, location, safety, accessibility, customer service and quality of construction. Loria Ansley met ALL of those qualifications. The perks of working for a preferred employer was a nice addition as well. Very pleased. The office / sunroom with the high floor city view- sunsets closed the deal. ~The Concierge- top tier. ~Secured Package area - top tier. ~Security System - top tier. ~Technology- top tier. ~Amenities are nice too but not a major focus for me personally. ~Parking along with the monthly visitor passes - top tier. My adult children can visit me without having to pay $25 per 24-hours. I’m so grateful for that. For the first time in the recent 13 months, I was able to see the sunset from my floor (high). I literally was in heaven. Literally teared up. For the first time in a 13 months I was able to have a restful sleep without earplugs in my ears to buffer out the noise from neighbors above due to my former apartment (new build in Buckhead that opened June 2024 literally has ZERO sound barriers between the floors). This building is just as secure as Ft. Knox and EVERY RESIDENT I’ve encountered prior to move in and post, has provided positive feedback 100%- this is rare. The residents here are happy and well taken care of. That did not go unnoticed. Loria Ansley, I don’t think you understand how much I APPRECIATE feeling safe, secure and home. I am truly back in my element. High-rise quality living. This is my home probably for the next several years. I’m extremely EXTREMELY happy. Bravo Loria Ansley.

  I moved in during November. This place is top tier. It shows extremely well during the visit, but it also lives well after you move in. All the finishes and amenities are excellent and it feels extremely safe with all the security technology. Best part is the staff, who seem to actually want to make sure you have a good time living here versus just getting you to sign a lease. Davis, Ava, and officer Blue have been great to me, and I'll particularly single out Shen, whose help when I've had furniture delivered or service appointments at the apartment has been outstanding. My unit faces east and I love the view towards stone mountain, I also love getting the benefits of living in a city environment while having a place to relax and look at nature when I need it.
