  Link is easily one of the best complexes in ATL. I have been living here for over a year and they have had my faith in apartments restored! The leasing office staff, Shontel and Tracy, are extremely kind and helpful. They always go out of their way to help me and do not have those hidden fees for small services that other apartments may have. My previous complex was managed by GreyStar and I was disappointed by the increasing fees and hidden fees that were not explained when signing the lease… but Link is nothing like that. I truly cannot say enough good things about Shontel and Tracy, they are FANTASTIC! Also, the maintenance staff is incredible! Chris is very friendly and always fixes any issues I may have. I once had an after hours maintenance issue (electricity and AC went out on a Saturday night after 7PM), and they responded to my call and were over within the hour to resolve the problem. The maintenance staff is always clean and professional. My only complaint is that cell service is not good within the building, but that is not something the staff can control but moreso due to the location of the building. But I just use WhatsApp to call people and that’s fine. Finally, I love the neighborhood. Grant Park is a beautiful area and Link is conveniently walking distance from Kroger. Despite being close to the highway, you never hear it and I barely notice. If you are looking for a trustworthy apartment complex in a good location, Link is the place to go. Friendly staff, great maintenance, and good sized apartments at a great price. Thank you to the staff at Link I love living here💖.

  We’re still early into our stay, but the professionalism here has already stood out. The leasing and assistant property management team have been welcoming and professional, and the maintenance team has been especially impressive. Sebastian, in particular, has been responsive, kind, and very professional. He took care of a few items efficiently and made the process so smooth from start to finish. It’s refreshing to move into a community where the staff clearly takes pride in their work. We are looking forward to continuing our time here.

  I’ve been living here since December 2024 and I’ve loved the community here. There are always extra curriculums going on the property. Quiet and friendly. Haven’t had any complaints. Shontel and Traci are always sweet and help me with everything I need!

  I love my apartment the staff is nice as is the neighborhood The hallways are dirty and the property maintenance is poor But, communication between management and the tenants is very poor The garage door is perpetually broken and then repaired Normally repair dates are prominently posted on garage entry doors giving tenants ample warning to park their cars outside the gate But, not this time. This time I had no idea that I would be unable to drive my car outside of the property The workers had blocked the exit gate and I was locked in along with my car I was furious I went to management and yelled my head off I had an MRI appointment today to further investigate a lesion that was found on my spine so I was already in a state of anxiety I missed my appointment and had to reschedule with the surgeon which means a longer anxious wait for my results My only regret was all of the yelling I did towards the staff I was wrong for that I wish I’d had a cooler head while lodging my complaint But I do wish that instead of excuses and towing the party line I would have been met with apologies and a greater appreciation for how serious it is to lock tenants cars inside a parking garage door Sincerely Rachel Rodriguez
