  I am planning on moving to this area in a few months and Cynthia Benjamin greeted me with such kindness and enthusiasm. She took me on a tour of the community and was a delight to be around. I plan on coming back with my family. Thank you Cynthia!

  I recently toured Legacy Ridge looking for a three-bedroom apartment. Although they didn't have one available, I had to leave a review because the customer service was amazing! Rhonda Harris was so genuine, welcoming and professional. I would have leased on the spot if a three bedroom was available. Great experience.

  I’m currently exploring apartment options in the area and recently toured Legacy Ridge. The office was busy when I arrived, but the team remained professional and welcoming. I had the opportunity to speak with the manager, Cynthia, who stepped in to assist and was knowledgeable and helpful. Overall, it was a smooth and positive experience. If you’re looking in the Union City area, this community is definitely worth considering.

  My move in experience has scarred me for life, I guess some people live in filth and it's normal for them, but I'm use to living in a clean environment .I didn't receive that here. I was moved into an unclean filthy apartment because it was only painted not properly cleaned. The sample apartment that you are shown is remodeled and clean, please don't get fooled into thinking that your unit will be like I did. You will be told that everything you want will be accommodated , well no one ever told me that the ant infestation in my master bathroom was included I had to go out and buy terro ant control and wait 4 days for the ants to calm down because I was told that pest control wasn't available or coming but pest control fee is included in my fees that I have to pay for. The freezer vent in the refrigerator was and still is dirty and filthy. The stove is inoperable only 3 burners work. Spiderweb are all through the unit. I'm going to call code enforcement and fair housing and get them involved because this is unacceptable.I will be adding photos and videos!!!!!!!
