We've all been caught off guard before — especially in a city like Atlanta, where a single financial misstep can disrupt your entire week. The real issue lies with the property management and their third-party contractors. There was no apparent effort to de-escalate the situation or address it discreetly. Instead, it became a public display of indifference — one that created a hostile, almost punitive atmosphere. What’s even more baffling is that while this one person was clearly being targeted and penalized, I watched several others arrive shortly afterward and violate the same rules without consequence. That kind of inconsistency makes the entire enforcement process feel less like a policy, and more like profiling. Shame on Kinetic. This could’ve been handled with far more grace and discretion.
