I came in for a tour and the whole experience felt unorganized the leasing agent was sweet but seemed like she forgot I was scheduled I tried calling to say I would be 10 minutes late but the phones were not working which was frustrating the tour was rushed and I barely saw anything after reading the reviews and seeing many people mention roaches I decided I will not be leasing here I am a clean person and that was a red flag the location is nice but the management and maintenance need work the building did not look kept up scratched walls trash in the halls bad smell and baseboards pulled up if the tour areas look like that I can only imagine what they are not showing

I’m interested in leasing a unit with this complex. I’ve been trying to reach these guys over the phone for several days. That’s the only frustration I have.

I tour properties for my clients and read reviews to make sure all standards are met. During my recent visit, the tour was brief, but cleanliness is definitely something to pay attention to. After reading reviews, I’m concerned about situations where big corporate management companies may take advantage of hardworking tenants. To anyone reading this, here are steps you can take to protect your rights in Georgia: Document any issues – Take photos or videos of safety hazards, maintenance problems, or unsanitary conditions. Notify management in writing – Clearly explain the issues and request timely fixes. Contact local code enforcement – Report unsafe conditions, sanitation concerns, or building code violations to your city or county authorities. Seek legal guidance – Organizations like Georgia Legal Aid can help you understand your options. Put rent in escrow through the courts – If the landlord fails to address serious habitability issues, Georgia tenants may have the right to deposit rent with the court while repairs are made. Know your rights under Georgia law – Landlords must maintain rental properties in livable, safe conditions. Take action to ensure your home is safe, clean, and properly maintained — don’t let anyone take advantage of you!
