  I had such a great experience touring with Yakita! From the very start, she was incredibly friendly and made me feel comfortable right away. She really took the time to understand what I was looking for, and I never felt rushed or pressured at any point during the tour. What I appreciated most was how down-to-earth and honest she was. She didn’t just point out the obvious features—she gave helpful insights, answered all my questions with patience, and was super easy to talk to. It honestly felt more like chatting with a friend than going on a formal tour. Yakita made what can often feel like a stressful process feel relaxed and even enjoyable. She clearly knows her stuff and cares about helping people find the right fit—not just trying to "make a sale." I walked away feeling informed, confident, and really thankful for her help. If you get the chance to work with her, you’re in good hands. Thanks again, Yakita—you made a big difference in this process for me!

  As Hawthorne Gates' longest-standing tenants, we wholeheartedly appreciate the management and maintenance team. Yakita, is a true pillar of the community, consistently professional, informative, and courteous. She always goes the extra mile, adding a personal touch that makes residents feel like family. A perfect example is her thoughtful gesture of providing snacks and refreshments for the elementary school children as they get off the bus. The facilities themselves are impeccably maintained and always clean. Amos and Otis, our dynamic maintenance duo, are friendly, approachable, and incredibly efficient in addressing our maintenance concerns.

  Today we found a dead rat in pool and a live one swimming in it. Residents haven’t had a clean pool to swim in since new mgmt took over. No one ever in office and ones there are inexperienced.Trash area overflows constantly and hallways are allowed to be filthy, and parking lot is unkept. High crime too! Gates never work properly. We’ve lived here three years and Can’t wait to move.

  I am a happy camper here. Management active and addressing the concerns of the residents. No issues with maintenance or any other aspect of property management. Looking forward to staying here for quite some time.
