  Emily at Glenwood Lofts was incredibly kind and welcoming throughout the leasing process. She was attentive, patient, and genuinely made me feel valued rather than rushed. Her professionalism paired with warm hospitality made the experience smooth and comfortable. Glenwood Lofts is fortunate to have someone like Emily representing their community.

  Writing this for my daughter because she fears retaliation if she leaves a review. Pros: Location, dog friendly, Tony the maintenance man does what he can for what the property will allow, hes great. Cons: -The key fobs will not work for multiple entry gates for no apparent reason, my daughter has dropped groceries because she was unable to get in the gate. - Key fob will also not work for parking garage gates, daughter had to park in guest parking and cars were broken into - Her refrigerator has had a leak for a while, and maintenance essentially told her to get over it - Black mold on door ways - Multiple HVAC issues that run her bill much higher than it should be - Gym equipment is extremely old, outdated, and unsafe - No security - Rusted sink - Hallways need to be repainted - Emily is extremely rude for no apparent reason

  Since the new management took over after Mrs. Denver’s departure, my experience at Glenwood Park Lofts has gone downhill. The current manager has repeatedly demonstrated unprofessional and hostile behavior toward residents. On one occasion, she mocked me and even provoked residents rather than resolving issues in a respectful manner. A particularly troubling incident occurred when the head manager engaged in a hostile confrontation with my car being booted When we went to the office to discuss her car being booted — due to management’s failure to provide a parking sticker — the manager stood directly in my sisters face, screaming and escalating the situation instead of resolving it. My sister felt verbally attacked for simply trying to clarify an issue caused by their own oversight. The situation quickly turned into a shouting match involving multiple staff members, which was completely inappropriate and unprofessional. Maintenance concerns have also been poorly addressed under this new management. I dealt with months of unresolved issues, including problems with air conditioning, lighting, and plumbing. The only person who has been helpful and professional is Tony, the new maintenance manager, who finally corrected many of these issues after they were ignored for so long. It’s unfortunate because this community was once well-managed and pleasant to live in. However, the current environment has become toxic and disrespectful. Once my lease is up, I have no plans to renew. Glenwood Park Lofts could greatly improve if it were run by management that values professionalism, accountability, and respect for residents
