YOUR MAIL WILL GET STOLEN. YOUR UNIT IS NOT GOING TO BE MOVE IN READY AND THEN THEY'RE GOING TO ACT LIKE IT'S YOUR FAULT. THERE IS SEVERE WATER DAMAGE AND MOLD ISSUES. YOUR WATER BILLS WILL BE OVER $100 FOR JUST THE 1X1. THEY DON'T FIX ANYTHING. THEY WILL ACTUALLY ARGUE AND BLAME YOU AND THEN RETALIATE AND HAVE YOU EVICTED ONCE YOU PUT IN A CODE ENFORCEMENT VIOLATION. THEY HAVE TWO WORTHLESS MAINTENANCE STAFF FOR THREE BUILDINGS. AND THE MAINTENANCE STAFF ARE JUST GOING TO ARGUE WITH ONE ONCE HE FINALLY GETS THE WORDS OUT AND THE OTHER ONE WITH A LITTLE SASSY FLAIR. Everyone else is remedial, lazy, and SLOPPY. THEY ARE PETTY AND UNPROFESSIONAL. THEY WILL REFUSE TO GIVE YOU YOUR MAIL EVEN THOUGH THAT IS A FEDERAL CRIME. I'M LOOKING AT YOU EMILY I'M PRESSING CHARGES. They act as if you are bothering them for doing a job that they get paid for. They are being sued right now in municipal court by Atlanta code enforcement ALL YOU HAVE TO DO IS LOOK UP THEIR NAME IN MUNICIPAL COURT DOCKET RECORDS THEY ARE BEING SUED DON'T MOVE HERE.

Watching my daughter grow overtime here has been a journey, meeting some wonderful neighbors and the helpful leasing staff was a pleasure. No place is perfect I have experienced some issues but they was resolved very effectively. I would recommend this place to anyone the convenience of the highways, lots of local eateries, groceries stores, and the belt line. The amenities here are also fantastic clean pool, great gym and wonderful community area. I would like to thank a few great staff on my way out Emily is the best, Harper and the maintenance for being time efficient time to say new beginnings.
