    I cannot say enough positive things about my experience with Miasia at Glenn Perimeter! From the tour given which was thorough and well explained to the leasing process and follow up all the way to move in , Miasia was always a call or visit away to answer and assist with questions. We moved in and are truly appreciative of this amazing person. I would recommend living here to anyone!

    I’ve lived in these apartments for 2 years. Let me assure you, the only reason these apartments have a 4.3 star rating is because of the reviews they ask people to do who go on tours. Garage. To start, the garage is always broken or stuck. You have to manually get out and make it work or wait on them to fix it. There have been several car break in’s over the past few months because of the gate being broken. This is an every week issue that seems to never be resolved. Trash. The trash chute room and elevator area are infested with gnats that end up in the apartments. I spoke to another resident that is having the same issue with the gnats. They are somehow getting into the apartments, probably through the vents, which is annoying and disgusting. No matter how much I clean, gnats appear everywhere. I cannot walk out to my car without being attacked my gnats. They have cleaned the trash areas several times, but the gnats seem to never go away. Floors. The floors are so thin, you hear everything going on above you. I MEAN EVERYTHING. Don’t bother filing a noise complaint, it doesn’t do much. Your neighbor have a dog that howls during the day and you WFH? Oh well. The office doesn’t seem to care and neither do the neighbors. Speed bumps. The office added speed bumps a few months ago and they are now the bane of my existence. Were cars going extremely too fast in the too small garage, yes. But I shouldn’t have to go over 45 speed bumps to reach my floor. They have removed the middle speed bumps, but that barely made a difference. I found a nail sticking out from one of the bumps and removed it so that it wouldn’t damage anyone’s tires. The nail was at least 7 in long. All the reviews you see are true, with the money I spend every month I should not be experiencing these issues. The office listens to your concerns and then moves on to whatever is on their to-do list. I am hoping this review sparks some changes. Other than the great location and the timely maintenance, they have a lot to work on.

    I’ve been living in this apartment complex for about four months now, and I’m extremely disappointed with how management handles their “valet trash” service. I’ve already received two fines for trash violations — the first one I can somewhat understand, but the second one was completely unfair. I put my trash out around 8 PM, and the next morning, when I noticed everyone else’s bins had already been taken, I immediately brought mine back inside around 9 or 10 AM. Yet I still got fined just because the trash was outside in the morning. That’s ridiculous. What’s even worse is that the trash company itself doesn’t follow their own schedule. One Thursday they didn’t collect trash from the entire fourth floor, and all the bags stayed by people’s doors the whole weekend until late Sunday night. But of course, when they make mistakes, no one takes responsibility — only residents get punished. On top of that, the cleanliness here is terrible. It’s common to see huge cockroaches in the hallways and even inside apartments. For the rent prices they charge, you would expect at least decent service, proper hygiene, and some respect for the residents. This place seriously needs better management and more fairness. Charging residents for things that aren’t their fault while failing to do their own job is completely unprofessional and unacceptable.

    The property management is rude, defensive, "nice-nasty" and retaliatory is not professionalism that's more insulting than helpful. Maurice is pretty respectful and kind from what I’ve experienced. Cleanliness—Not to mention the nasty trash room. The trash rooms were once infested with ants and the trash was paled up everywhere for more than three days and no one cleaned it out. I had ants in the kitchen and one of the bathrooms. All of the food in the cabinets ants were inside of I had to toss out. The mold smell that’s in the hallways, elevators and the physical mold in apartments. Multiple residents have shared mold experiences. The upkeep is not good and I honestly think the work/maintenance that should be done newly is just getting patched up and not actually fixed the proper way. The valet trash does not always come and miss days within the month but residents are required to pay. If the services are not provided I believe the residents should be refunded for the missed valet services. The carpet needs to be renewed. I have never witnessed the hallway carpet being cleaned or seen a difference in the carpet, just vacuumed and air freshener sprayed. From dogs, cats and traffic throughout the hallway’s overtime the carpet odor became unpleasant. The upkeep of this building could be way better. It’s not just about the pool, party room, the look of the outside of the building etc. But more IMPORTANTLY the resident physical apartment, the hallways and the trash room. The maintenance team is good with fixing minor problems very respectful and helpful. I have never seen so many people move out of a building like I have seen almost on a weekly basis in one year. Management and The upkeep of the building is a huge factor. The property management is in place to serve the residents. Not the other way around.
