Clarissa and Maurice have been very great with my move-in experience, they broke everything down perfectly and helped me with different options to suit what I am looking for. Clarissa stayed overtime to help accommodate my schedule to do a tour and found the best price and discount to help fit my budget. They are amazing and highly recommended.

My husband and I lived at The Glenn Perimeter for six months, and it was by far the worst rental experience we’ve had. We previously lived at another Northland property in Georgia and had a great experience, but The Glenn was the complete opposite.
This review highlights the main issues we experienced, but I have provided more detailed examples of the problems in another review from a separate account.
Our AC was out for over a month at the start of summer, and management provided no updates. We had to constantly call, and information was inconsistent. Fire alarms were inoperable, the trash chute was broken most of the time, and common areas were poorly maintained. Pet charges and move-out fees were confusing and petty, and management still hasn’t responded to our inquiries despite photos proving the apartment was clean.
Overall, The Glenn showed a total lack of accountability, communication, and professionalism. We had to break our lease and would not recommend this property!!!

My wife, our dog, and I lived at The Glenn Perimeter for six months and it was by far the worst rental experience we’ve had.
The AC was out for over a month at the start of summer, and management never reached out or provided clear updates. We had to call constantly, and the information we received from maintenance and leasing staff was inconsistent. At one point, we discovered that the managers weren't even aware we had been without AC. It was obvious they didn’t care that me, my wife, and dog were uncomfortable throughout this time and had to always find somewhere else to stay for the day.
General manager eventually stepped in after we had to tell the Assistant Manager and District Manager on this issue and she eventually sent us a thorough email toward the last week of us waiting for repairs, which were time stamps of when and what maintenance were doing, which didn't seem anything but beneficial to their end to finally document everything.
Other issues made living here even more frustrating. Fire alarms were left inoperable, forcing us to leave the building for a full work day. The trash chute on our floor was broken most of the time, leaving a foul smell on the way to the parking deck or elevator. Common areas were often dirty, and the dog park was full of poop so we rarely used it.
Pet fees and move-out charges were confusing and petty. We were promised a refund for our ESA letter, then later told we still had to pay full for our dog which was very rude as we felt we always had to document something because of their back and forth with communication.
After moving out, management hit us with additional fees like wiping down counters, and other petty cleaning which was NOT beyond normal wear and tear. ( Ex: $355 for fridge and counters and more to be wiped down when we did so).
Charmelle, Maurcie, and others did not care and I will not recommend this spot to anyone!

My husband and I lived at The Glenn Perimeter for about six months, and it was by far the worst rental experience we’ve had in four years. We previously lived at another Northland property in Georgia, and had a great experience there so we expected a similar level of professionalism and communication but The Glenn was the complete opposite.
The biggest issue was our AC, which was out for over a MONTH at the start of summer. Management provided no proactive updates. We had to constantly call THEM and any information they gave was inconsistent or unclear between maintenance and leasing consultants. Found out that the manager didn't even know about us not having AC and consistently having a problem with communication. It was obvious they did not care that we were without AC for such an extended period.
Fire alarms were left inoperable for long periods, forcing us to leave the building for that entire day as we called and leasing consultant said they "didn't know when it will stop" forcing us to leave the building for work.
Trash chute was down 80% of the time we stayed there on our floor, leaving a horrible smell just to get to the parking deck.
Pet charges and move-out fees were also frustrating. We were verbally promised a refund for our ESA letter, then later told we still had to pay.
After moving out, we were hit with petty charges like wiping down counters, and management still hasn’t responded to our inquiries despite us providing photos proving the apartment was cleaned. They were so disorganized that they even wanted us to repay the lease-breaking fee and were inconsistent with every document related to our payments.
Office manager literally had us send pictures of a rusted faucet to eventually get it replaced as it seemed like they did not want to replace it.
Overall, The Glenn showed a consistent lack of accountability, communication, professionalism, and care for residents. There were plenty more issues that we came across living here for 6 months and ultimately had to break our lease. Would not recommend this property to anyone, fake "luxury" apartment !!!
