  I cannot say enough wonderful things about Akira and the entire leasing office team at Edge on the Beltline. From the very beginning of my move-in process, Akira went above and beyond to make everything smooth, welcoming, and stress-free. Her attention to detail and professionalism truly stood out. Moving can be overwhelming, especially when you’re coordinating furniture deliveries and settling into a new home, but Akira was incredibly attentive every step of the way. She even helped coordinate and receive furniture I had purchased online, making sure everything was handled with care. That level of support meant so much to me. What makes Akira exceptional is not only her efficiency, but her humility and communication. She responds promptly, explains everything clearly, and genuinely makes you feel heard. She has such a warm presence and creates an environment where residents truly feel at home — not just like tenants, but like valued members of the community. Justin and the rest of the leasing office team have also been wonderful — friendly, professional, and supportive — but Akira’s dedication during my move-in deserves special recognition. She sets the standard for what great property management should look like. I’m incredibly grateful for the experience and highly recommend this team to anyone looking for a place where service and care truly matter.

  The apartment and the facilities are fantastic. I have a 1B1B I'm very happy in and the location is great. The community is super welcoming. I had a very easy time moving in thanks to the leasing agents here. Naveanna, Akira, Justin and Haylee are all great and it's always good to see them everyday.

  Justin and Haley are the sweetest people ever and this apartment is really big for the price! Just moved here and love it already. The rooftop has the best view of the city!

  I recently moved into an apartment at Edge and I got to say that it’s unbeatable! The staff are super friendly and welcoming. The maintenance staff are all great people!! And the location is incredible! If edge is an option you’re looking to move into then you got good taste.
