Crogman School Lofts is a small historic community nestled in a vibrant neighborhood in the Heart of Atlanta.
Once a historic middle school, Crogman School Lofts was transferred into loft space for easy living in 1985. We offer studio, 1, 2, and 3 bedroom apartment homes that include spacious lofts with soaring 17 ft. ceilings and garden style apartments with balconies. Crogman has full electric units, washer and dryer connections (stackable), on site laundry facilities, a playground for children, and a spacious sundeck with city views.

A robot dawg scans my guest tags and tells me to go in the house at 8 pm. She’s missed so much in the garden. Thank you for her time there but if there’s anyway to bring her back it’ll be awesome. 🤩 She helps with everything that I ask I couldn’t ask for an better community manager…

Locks on the doors with tenant-only access give us a sense of security, maintenance comes in a timely manner with EVERY request, and someone is always physically present in the leasing office to assist. It’s safe to say we will be here for more years to come!

I renewed because maintenance is helpful and prompt, and the office staff are kind and engaging. I like that the parking lot is gated and that the buildings are key fob access! I also enjoy the events/activities (holiday door decorating contests, lunch/breakfast/food giveaways, etc) and they keep the common areas clean. I LOOOOOVE walking into my building and smelling/seeing that the floors have been mopped. Literally makes my whole day! It’s an affordable community and the location is amazing. I would certainly recommend to my friends/family
