The units are well-maintained and spacious with big, beautiful windows (perfect for plants!) I cannot recommend this place enough.

The location is great and very quiet! The property is clean and I can tell the staff takes pride in that . The move in process was easy. Definitely would recommend this property if you’re looking to live in the city and be close to literally everything.
- ZBZuriah BelleJan 18, 20261.0A dreadful experience applying for a unit last fall. At first I liked the townhouse style but the bathrooms are extremely small and closets are tiny too. I could have paid a full years rent up front and was shocked when my application didn’t go through. Seems the credit company use is biased and does racial profiling as it some how dropped my credit score by over 60 points. Totally bogus then soon after I ended up getting green light from a nearby and more modern upscale property. It worked out in the end I didn’t end up at CoHo just reading others experience too. I was also very worried about safety with the set up front and rear doors etc.
