I like. Lived here for two years. Small community, so people know each other. Great dog friendly location, nice apartments, and good staff.
New construction, so sound proofing is excellent. Parking is included in rent. The mandatory internet package is slightly expensive for the bandwidth, but I work from home everyday and NOT ONCE did I experience an outage.
The location is 11/10. On the Beltline, close to the restaurants and pop up events happening all summer.
Apartment floor plans are on the small side, so I wish they had a bigger bike storage space. 10 space bike rack in an apartment complex right on the Beltline was an odd decision.
Move here. Good place.

The lobby staff here were shockingly rude. The man at the front didn’t give me his name, and visibly ignored me while I was standing outside in the rain. He finally got up in a huff to open the door and when I came in to ask for help he had a nasty attitude, made rude comments and slammed the door in my face. My partner and I were just discussing how nice the area is, and while we weren’t there for a tour we are in the market for a new apartment. But after that experience I would never consider it.

I’ve had an overall great experience at Citizen! The community is beautiful, the team is welcoming, and everything is always well-kept. One of my favorite parts is the mini market — it’s so convenient and always stocked with exactly what I need. Highly recommend!
Sharing a lot of the same sentiment as previous reviews. Have a girlfriend on the first floor and I'll echo the other people that it is very loud from the businesses underneath, and smells of weed pretty consistently, would not recommend that floor or any of the unit with a view of a parking garage. Great manager and facilities, both are so nice. Really nice apartments, especially showers. Walls are decent for an apartment complex as well. Unfortunately the management running this property is definitely looking to turn you out after your 12 months as rent went up pretty drastically, almost 200/month on top of an already sky high price for a 1 bed with almost no amenities. I'd look elsewhere for a luxury apartment definitely cheaper options.

I had a VERY unsuccesful tour. I booked an appointment through the website the night before. I received 3 emails and 2 texts to confirm I was coming. Upon getting there, future resident parking was full with cars not touring the property so we had to pay for parking. After waiting 15 minutes outside the building, emailing, and calling the leasing agent shows up. Instead of apologizing for being late for our tour, he argued saying he had no tours on the books and asking for proof I actually had one. I showed him all the emails and texts proving I did have one. It turns out I'd been emailing with their AI assistant, not a real person. Fine, not their problem but I could have done without the argument. Also, as we waited to sort this out, all the packages were laying all over the floor of the lobby. Overall, a REALLY disppointing experience, especially given the price.
