I've been a Castlegate for five years and I would like to say that Josh has been the 'GOAT' lol he is professional, responsive, helpful, and I just really appreciate it because he truly does care about us in the complex and when you have a Leasing manager that cares then that goes a long way. Thank you for all of your hard work. It does not go unnoticed. Our maintenance guy Albert is also super helpful, respectful, and always willing to go to the extra mile to help with something. Thank you to him as well

I want to share that I was move when I met with Joshua Robinson. He know so much about the property and surrounding area. Me being from out of town I greatly appreciate his help and guidance. If you’re looking for an apartment please talk with Joshua!

I want to give a big shoutout to the property manager, Josh. When I moved in, the community was going through a management change, but my tour was great and it honestly made me want to apply anyway. The application process was super easy, and Josh was extremely communicative the entire time. He answered my questions, emails, and calls quickly and efficiently, which made the whole process stress-free. When I viewed my apartment, I loved it and had no complaints. I’ve been living here since October 2025, and I’ve only needed to submit one maintenance request, which was also a smooth and simple process. Josh kept me informed the whole time and was open and honest about the timeline, which I really appreciated.
If you’re looking for a quiet community with a property manager who actually answers the phone, builds relationships with residents, stays professional, and is genuinely kind while keeping the community in great shape, I would definitely recommend this complex.

Not sure where the positive reviews are coming from, but these apartments failed me in every single way. I left right at the abrupt management change. They owed me money that I never received and then literally today had a collections company call me for $3K. Never received maintenance for the entire time I lived there. Literally begged for maintenance. Now this was back in Feb 2025. I am not sure of the new changes, but please save yourself the time and headache.
