He was extremely helpful, very kind, and took his time explaining everything in detail. Both the North and South buildings have amazing amenities, and the floor plans were surprisingly spacious. The only small hiccup for me was wishing there was a bit more closet space. I originally came in looking for a one-bedroom, but I ended up falling in love with a two-bedroom! Overall, I would definitely recommend this community to anyone looking for a brand-new, mid-rise luxury apartment in Atlanta.

The event was beautifully organized—festive décor, great energy, and so many fun details that made it feel truly special. Everything was clean, welcoming, and thoughtfully set up, making the whole celebration enjoyable from start to finish. I also want to give a big shoutout to Manager Oj. Oj was incredibly attentive, friendly, and professional throughout the event. You could tell how much care and effort went into making sure everyone had a great time. Their warm, hands-on approach really elevated the experience. I genuinely had a wonderful time and would highly recommend Bryks Upper West Side

I will admit, the application process may seem tough. But I applaud that. My last complex used approve shield and it was upstanding at first... and then they took it away and made the process more lenient and the property completely changed for the worse. Thank you Fatima and Saeteah for being patient with me. Really professional and helpful with answering the 1 million questions that I had. The property itself is beautiful with the highlight for me being the dog park thats actually the size of a real dog park, the gyms, and the apartment itself. I will be transparent and say the first time I used my shower, it was clogged, but maintenance came same day and had it fixed. I look forward to this being my home for the next year or so.
