    Terrible experience with the manager Chantel!!! Be aware - this place isn’t accepting of all people. Your calls go unanswered and ignored. After coming in to speak with the manager since my calls weren’t answered after multiple attempts….i was brushed off. She told me that she has more important things to do? She seems incompetent and doesn’t have answers to basic questions. Parking reserved spaces should not cause a nervous reaction from a manager.. I’ve lived a few places before and haven’t experienced this from a MANAGER! Once my lease is up, I will not hesitate to move.

The kitchen had sleek finishes and a spacious island that instantly made me picture hosting friends. The balcony overlooked a quiet city view, giving the space a peaceful, tucked-away feel despite being close to everything. By the end of the tour, I wasn’t just noticing features—I was imagining routines, comfort, and home. Also, a special thanks to Ametria S. , one of the most caring leasing agents, who gave me the tour, and a great perspective on which unit I should choose.

    I paid an application fee with Bryks back in March 2025. At the time, the staff member I spoke with told me directly that I would receive a refund if I didn’t move forward with the property. No one ever informed me otherwise, and I was never told that the refund wouldn’t be issued. Since then — for almost a full year now I’ve tried multiple times to follow up. I was told over the phone and even through a voicemail that a refund check had been mailed to me, but I never received anything. I also requested email communication several times so there would be a clear paper trail, yet I never received a single written response. Every time I called, I was told someone would “get back to me,” and no one ever followed through. At this point, this has gone on far too long with no communication and no resolution. I am now considering taking this to small claims court simply to get closure on something that should have been handled months ago. Posting this to warn others: be prepared for a lack of communication and possible issues receiving refunds that you were told you’d receive.

In an industry where customer service often feels rushed or impersonal, they show real professionalism and heart. It makes such a difference in how “home” feels. I’m extremely grateful for their patience, consistency, and dedication. If you’re considering living here, know that you’ll have someone in resident services like Mr. OJ Levatte who treats you like a priority, not just a unit number. That alone deserves 5 stars.
