  I had a very good experience in Briarcliff apartments. To find my floor plan, Janiyah helped me a lot and she showed me several units with the same floor plans as I was very sensitive about where my unit is located and how the lighting is. I appreciate the support. Also, I first had selected the district floor plan and had applied for it, but I got interested in the avenue floor plans afterwards and they kindly changed my unit number without charging me for extra fees for applying and background checks. Move in process was also very smooth and the office addressed all my concerns regarding that. The units are super clean and neat; my unit was renovated and everything was functional. I like my new home, thanks to the Briarcliff apartments team.

  Eu me mudei para esse apartamento no ano passado, tive alguns problemas mas todos foram corrigidos, Kesha me ensinou algumas coisas sobre viver sozinho pela primeira vez , me ajudou com questões que eram completamente novas pra mim… Janiyah eu conheci depois mas se mostra sempre prestativa… Acabo de renovar o contrato!

  I just love this apartment complex! Clean and beautiful! The staff (from the leasing office) is so kind, professional and ready to help. I really appreciate Janiyah is so kind, professional, attentive and pay attention about the choice of the apartment we need. She’s such a hard working lady. So glad of her help ❤️

  I moved into the complex last year and I kinda second guessed moving in especially with things being promised and it didn’t turn out they way it was shown with previous management which was very disappointing. Ever since new management has taken over the property the entire staff have been very efficient with getting maintenance orders done. Willing to see residents as actually people and they have always been extremely helpful to me with understanding different life situations and I have nothing but respect for Ms.Brittany and the rest of the dream team.Thank you for making me feel like home.

  Moving can be stressful, but my experience at this apartment complex has been nothing short of exceptional thanks to the incredible team here. From day one, the staff have been responsive, helpful, and genuinely committed not only to introducing me to the property but also to helping me get familiar with the surrounding neighborhood. I have to give a special shoutout to Janiyah, who was absolutely amazing throughout the entire moving process. She went above and beyond every step of the way—always prompt, always attentive, and always willing to make sure I felt supported. Her professionalism is matched only by her warm, upbeat personality, and it’s clear she truly cares about the people living here. Any question I had, any detail I needed, she handled quickly and thoroughly. Having someone like her guide the process made everything so much smoother and more enjoyable. My initial anxiety was easily squashed simply by meeting Janiyah. Huge thanks to her. Kesha has also been such a wonderful resource. Whether it was office-related questions or anything that needed attention around the complex, she approached every interaction with kindness, patience, and a real willingness to make sure things got taken care of. It’s refreshing to see a team that not only does their job well but does it with such genuine positivity. What really sets this place apart is the atmosphere the staff help create. Their warm personalities and dedication to making residents feel valued truly make the community feel like home. It’s rare to find a team that balances professionalism with such genuine hospitality, and it shows in the way they welcome new tenants. The parking would be my only critique. It is challenging finding a parking spot after 7pm.
