  Thank you, Janiyah, for such an awesome visit. You made me feel so welcomed. Greeting me with a great smile and awesome customer service. You actually made this place more inviting and feel more like somewhere I could see myself living. The place was pretty nice but I felt very well taken care of. She was so kind and so knowledgeable. Thank you for such an awesome experience! If you come to visit here please ask for Janiyah! She’s great!

  Jerome is an outstanding maintenance professional at Briarcliff Apartments. He is always there when you need him and consistently goes above and beyond to help. No matter the issue, Jerome is reliable, responsive, and makes sure everything is taken care of properly. It really gives peace of mind knowing someone so dependable is part of the team. Briarcliff Apartments is lucky to have him.

  This apartment complex is poorly run. Trash is regularly piling up, the gates are regularly broken, parking is almost impossible to find because they don't issue permits or assign spaces, and the pool was closed for most of the summer. To add to the issues, they have recently added a policy where mail packages will be automatically returned if the delivery driver does not have an access code (as if we can personally provide access codes to delivery drivers?). I have tolerated the rest, but if the mail policy does not change, I am moving ASAP. :( Please do better, Briarcliff.

  The absolute WORST apartment complex ever. I moved here as soon as I turned 18 not knowing anything. Little did I know I would be giving them way more money that I should. The most money hungry apartment complex ever. When I first moved in (mind you middle of the month) they did not even prorate the price. They wanted me to pay full price + deposit. Up until I mentioned it, the denied. Then I explained and finally they were so “sorry” and decided to then prorated it when called out. I lost my Key fob once (the basic one you have to tap on everything). It was $50. Mind you my husband has the key fob where you can open from a far and it only costed him $35. Another time there was an issue with Georgia power. They tried to get an additional $500 out of me for not being registered with GA POWER. Thankfully I had receipts and was able to show them power has been paid. And has been paid. The day I had to return my keys (I unfortunately had a family emergency and returning keys was the last thing on my mind). They didn’t not call me not once. They waited 10 minutes before office closing hours and asked if I can come in. Girl I no longer live here. You think I’m gonna make it in 10 minutes? And you best believe they charged me an additional for not being able to make it (I came in the next day and dropped them off). After going in person and giving them a money order I received emails for weeks saying I need to pay off my balance…. These apartments are so outdated and dirty. The parking situation is horrible. Why is my home a construction zone? Like LITERALLY. Every month it’s something new with them. Do yourself a favor and do not rent here. The staff is incompetent and the management is horrible. Also there is always something going on here. There has been multiple times where police have came.
