    I lived at balfour eastlake apartments for five years. It’s an affordable place to live, and the staff is great — always friendly, quick to respond and helpful with any issues. They also do a great job keeping up with the community and making sure residents feel taken care of

    I recently moved into an 2bdrm/ unit, the office staff and maintenance have been great with communication and timely repairs and addressing any and all of my concerns thus far. I would definitely recommend this complex to any future tenants!

    Kylee and Hannah made the application and move in process very simple. They answered my many questions, were super friendly and welcoming! I moved in about a week ago and love the community so far. It’s very quiet overall, well kept up and diverse.

    Excellent storage, neighbors are nice. The dog park needs improvement, like mulch. The bare ground dirt is not good for a dog park. I love the unit itself, but it did have a weird smell when I moved in. Also the sink and shower in the bathroom both had cloggedddddddd drains and the sink faucet does not work. Bathroom tub did not have a drain plug so I can’t take a bath. However, maintenance team is so helpful, leasing staff is amazing as well! Kylie is the best and was sooooo helpful. Hopefully these little things can be improved soon and this will be an excellent complex to live in!
