I have never been so gaslit and mislead by somewhere ever. It got to the point that I threatened litigation. The biggest thing that I will say is that the issues are top down, so if Fogelman’s communications team replies to this, know that they are trying to cover themselves from a PR standpoint and that they do NOT actually care about their residents. Run from this place, do not walk.

The sole non-negotiable requirement was that the apartment must have at least a washer/dryer hookup, even if it did not include an actual washer and dryer. This apartment met this criterion, which alone piqued my interest. The property appears tranquil, and the amenities are satisfactory. The valet trash pickup service is the most compelling factor in my decision. The leasing professional possessed extensive knowledge of the property and pricing. I have come to understand that one receives what one pays for in today’s market. Although I did not anticipate paying such a high rent, I am not displeased with my decision. I have designated a room as my office since I work remotely, and I have finally found a space that allows me to leave work behind and not be immediately confronted upon entering the home. There is ample closet space, and the kitchen also features counter space. Overall, the property is aesthetically pleasing and professional, and I eagerly anticipate becoming a resident.

The one bedrooms are super spacious & I love having a washer/dryer in unit. Also very nice maintenance staff that responds quickly to work orders.
