  Thank you Dianna for the tour today! I was able to view the studio & 1 bedroom apartments I was interested in. Dianna was not only kind but VERY informative about the neighborhood and complex.

  Dianna Palmer gave me a tour and she was warm, welcoming, and very informative! She actually offered to give me an in person when I was trying to do a self guided so she went that extra mile to show me around! Excellent customer service!

  My move-in experience at this complex has been nothing but smooth and welcoming. The community feels safe, friendly, and very well taken care of. I also love the convenience of having restaurants and shops right downstairs everything has been great so far. One of the biggest perks is the Amenify service they recommend. Trust me, it’s highly worth it! They send reliable, professional people to help with tasks around the house, dog walking, and more. Plus, they even give you credit to use toward services. It’s been a huge help and a really nice bonus to living here. Only thing there no parks for kids but parks for dogs BUT Overall, I’m extremely happy with my decision to move in!

  I had the worst experience of my life living at Apex West Midtown. When I alerted management that my roommate was intending to leave without paying rent they assured me that they would have to do an income statement to make sure I could afford it on my own (which I could not) and I would have to give my written consent to let him off the lease. Neither of these two happened at they let him leave without my consent. It was a toxic living situation and they were not willing to work with me whatsoever, not to mention the countless noisy neighbors. I wasn't even able to sleep with ear plugs in and found myself more often than not sleeping at friends' houses just to get a good night's rest. I was defending my doctoral thesis and leaving Atlanta at the end of that year lease which I made very clear to them from the beginning. As a doctoral student making minimum wage I couldn't afford to move and pay the "early termination fee" (even though these were exigent circumstances out of my control) let alone pay the additional costs associated with a short term lease. The only reasonable option I had was to move into a smaller unit at Apex. When it came time for me to defend my dissertation and leave they told me I hadn't given 60 days notice for an "early termination" AND I had to pay associated early termination fees, even though this was not discussed during the lease transfer. They charged me an extra two months rent as a result. Management at Apex West Midtown does not care about you and is unwilling even to compromise with you. I would avoid Apex at all cost, and if you DO decide to live here make sure you are okay with living next to loud domestic disputes, unsecure "security" gates, car break-ins and management that will find ways to screw you over just so they can get ever last penny out of you.
