- NNNick4 days ago1.0WARNING TO FUTURE RENTERS. This property overcharged me for renter’s insurance even though I was already paying my own policy. Despite multiple emails and phone calls since 2024, management failed to correct the financial discrepancy. Instead of resolving the issue, the INCORRECT balance was sent to collections, and I am now being harassed by lawyers. As a result, my credit score/ credit report has been severly affected. Extremely poor communication and lack of accountability—PROCEED WITH CAUTION.
