I’m truly grateful for their help!! Destiny went above and beyond for me! She was incredibly patient, attentive, and helpful throughout my entire leasing journey. I can’t say enough great things about her she truly deserves the highest praise. I’m so thankful for how she guided me through the process with care and professionalism. If you’re looking for a new community to call home, I strongly recommend visiting Destiny at 903 Peachtree she’s the reason this place stands out as a top choice. My experience with Antonio has been excellent from day one. He is patient, knowledgeable, and always willing to take the time to resolve any issues thoroughly. Elevators and hallways smell bad, and some hidden charges are coming out now since the management change. The property manager is hard to get a hold of as well. No call back, or email response, unless you leave reviews. Not the same when the building initially opened.

- RBrichard bransonOct 8, 20251.0This is the worst apartment complex in the whole of midtown. You are better off applying to stay at any of the newer NICER buildings that just opened. I have lived here for 3 years and it was fine until they changed management and brought keligy ( she will racially profile you) whatever her name is. The leasing agents think they are the second coming of christ, the concierge that we’re all great were fired for no reason and now there is no way to call downstairs when you have a delivery. WHY DO WE HAVE AI?? The apartment is flooded constantly, there are roaches everywhere and the furniture could have been replaced a year ago. Asides from that, the standard of living has dropped drastically, they no longer screen as they should so do not be shocked if your neighbor enjoys flashing a gun. You pay a lot of money for someone to act as if they are doing you a favor. Cortiz is alright. Me and many of the occupants are patiently counting the days till we live. This apartment is a prime example of not all that glitters is gold. Also, Antonio, the leasing manager watches the camera all day 24/7 which is very creepy. you would not need to watch the camera if you were not approving everyone for a quick buck. DO NOT LIVE HERE. if you do, goodluck. The wifi sucks and also the two maintenance guys that were here where so sweet but the new management has literally sucked the joy out of thier face. the random incident where someone shot in the air and it got into someone’s apartment. or when they randomly shut down the water to run a test on a WEEKDAY starting at 6PM - 1AM when people come back from work. the last time they did this, multiple taps were left on so people’s apartment got flooded. nothing has been done. i hate this apartment and no one should feel like this in their home. the good years of this apartment is done, and i cannot wait to leave.
