  We had a great experience working with Kentrell during our move-in at 77 12th Apartments. He was incredibly thorough, patient, and helpful every step of the way. The leasing process can be stressful, but he made it feel easy and straightforward. He kept us informed, answered all our questions, and genuinely cared about making sure everything went smoothly.   I toured with Trell and am in the application process. I LOVE my choice of apartment and look forward to moving in in March. And while Kentrell is AMAZING! The unsung hero of this building is Phillip 🥰 He was patient with my questions on finding the entrance (I drove 4 hours for my tour, so I was a little ditsy from navigating ATL traffic 😅🤪) Phillip was welcoming, friendly and charming. He also seems to know all the pups in the building. I look forward to seeing Trell around and seeing Phillip every day!

  I toured approximately six other nearby apartment communities before deciding on this one. The employees, concierge, and maintenance team are all very welcoming, professional, and helpful. Additionally, the fees here are the most reasonable compared to other properties in the area. A special shoutout to Kentrell for providing a thorough tour of the apartment and its amenities. I asked many questions throughout the tour and during the application process, and he was consistently patient, transparent, and informative. His professionalism and support made the entire experience smooth and reassuring.

  As a mom helping my daughter relocate to Atlanta, I cannot express how important safety, communication, and professionalism were to us during this transition. 77 12th St NE truly delivered. From the leasing team to maintenance, everyone has been responsive, kind, and attentive. They took the time to address concerns, communicate clearly, and make sure my daughter felt comfortable in her new home. That level of care means everything when you’re leaving your child in a new city. The building feels secure, well-maintained, and welcoming. The location in Midtown is fantastic — walkable, vibrant, and perfect for a young professional starting her career. I’m heading back to New Mexico with peace of mind knowing she is in a safe and supportive environment. That’s priceless. Thank you for making this move a positive experience for our family.   I have lived here for a few months now and the entire staff and experience has been homely, helpful and very professional. I'm enjoying the apartment and the building! My tour and move-in was handled by Kentrell McGrier. He was very helpful and professional - gave a very detailed tour of the apartment and building. He was very honest when answering my questions, which I really appreciated. Even after the move, he has been kind, prompt, and helpful. He cares about the building and the residents. This is also true for the other folks in the leasing office and front desk! Definitely would recommend this building, and Kentrell, to anyone looking for an apartment building in Midtown Atlanta.
