  Friendly people at the desk and office but my move-in experience has had a lot of hiccups. Some of the unit issues were handled quickly. Some were not. Still don’t have hot enough water for a shower or a bath. 🤨🤨

  I have lived at 77 12th for over 3 months so far and I cannot say enough good things about this apartment. The amenities are top tier, parking is plentiful, the location is so centralized and convenient, and my unit is beautiful. The 24hr concierge makes me feel super safe, as the building is monitored constantly. Maintenance requests are handled swiftly and the entirety of the 77 12th staff have been so helpful. I made a cross-country move from Washington state, so there was a lot of coordination needed with my move in. The leasing office staff (HUGE shout-out to Kentrell!) assisted with my excessive questions, provided detailed unit information, and even received large packages before my scheduled move-in date. Another example of going above and beyond- Kentrell noticed that the flooring in my unit had some scratching from the previous tenant and had the entire thing replaced prior to my move in! If I had to give one opportunity for improvement for the complex, I would say that the shared package room could use some additional organization. Although my packages are always delivered securely, I will say that the shelving system that they currently utilize does get confusing for delivery drivers. Your package may end up on a different shelf than noted and so it occasionally takes a while to locate amongst everyone else’s. That is likely user error on delivery personnel; when utilized correctly, the current system is super efficient. I have previously lived in places where packages got “lost” or “weren’t delivered” and although I order things all the time, that has never once happened here! All in all, I toured over 9 different complexes and I am so glad that I made the right choice with 77 12th. The good reviews aren’t lying, this place is actually the real deal!!

  I love this apartment. I have lived here for a few months and the entire staff and experience has been welcoming, helpful and professional. Specifically Kentrell, he has been kind, prompt, and helpful. It is very clear he cares about the building and the residents. Definitely would recommend this building to anyone looking for a safe and clean apartment building in a great area!

  I recently had a seamless, excellent experience relocating from Miami Beach to a new apartment in Midtown Atlanta, thanks entirely to Kentrell McGrier. My move was being managed virtually, which can be complicated, however, Kentrell went above and beyond to make the process easy and transparent.
