  I occupied the apartment for a year, during which time I grew to appreciate its amenities. Nevertheless, the recurring and substantial rent increases, which saw fluctuations of $200-$700 monthly, ultimately led to my departure. As my work commitments necessitated extensive travel, resulting in minimal time spent at home, I felt the rent adjustments were unjustified. My attempts to engage management in a constructive dialogue regarding this matter were rebuffed, and I was met with a lack of communication. Moreover, the discovery of a previously unknown gas account in my name, accompanied by a $90 invoice for usage, like that’s something you tell someone during the walk or while we are in the office going over units.

  RUN! Please whatever you do.. DO NOT rent here. The management changes, units are a MESS. Roaches everywhere. Poor communication. I’m no longer a resident and still having issues with this property. Wouldn’t recommend to my worst enemy .. atp they should just tear the apartments down and start over it’s giving expensive projects 🥴

  Had and still have a roach infestation in building 1200 that management still has not addressed or even responded to my phones calls nor my emails. And we pay for pest control services in our rent. Always changing management, this new one won't last long.
