- KWKey West2 days ago4.0I can’t give 5 stars because of one building. I moved in April 2025 on the second floor, then relocated to the first floor by June—and I’m much happier on the first floor. Dominique from the office staff has been amazing. Anytime there’s a maintenance issue, it’s addressed right away, and the maintenance crew is great. I do miss my rental home and having my own parking garage, but the 4-bedroom unit I live in now is huge—and that’s what sold me, along with Dominique. Overall, not bad for my first apartment/condo in Atlanta.

- AWArmani WilsonNov 20, 20251.0I left a review prior to my experience to just getting to know the complex ,(being greeted with attitude all because I wanted a tour and they never answer their phones lol) however I wanted to still give them a chance because I was in love with the apartments. My wife and I paid $200 to apply and was denied after 1 day after telling me it took 3-5 days for verification. They didn’t call my job nor my wife job to verify anything. They just took our money and denied us lol. Also , they change their qualifications and rules depending on who you talk to. I’ve talked to 3 different people and heard 3 different types of qualifications. This was just a reminder that we should’ve just went with our first impression and shouldn’t have gave them a second chance.
