- AWArmani Wilson4 days ago1.0I left a review prior to my experience to just getting to know the complex ,(being greeted with attitude all because I wanted a tour and they never answer their phones lol) however I wanted to still give them a chance because I was in love with the apartments. My wife and I paid $200 to apply and was denied after 1 day after telling me it took 3-5 days for verification. They didn’t call my job nor my wife job to verify anything. They just took our money and denied us lol. Also , they change their qualifications and rules depending on who you talk to. I’ve talked to 3 different people and heard 3 different types of qualifications. This was just a reminder that we should’ve just went with our first impression and shouldn’t have gave them a second chance.
- NNNiyowka5 days ago5.0The staffing and management are all wonderful. They were a big a help to me and their response time was always efficient. There are plenty of food spots around and the complex is down the street from a high school and the kids enjoy playing at the playground. The community is gated and they actually keep their gates closed. I love my unit and the workers did a good job cleaning and painting and overall preparing it for move in. I’d like to thank everyone apart of this team and Dominique personally because she really was a big help and patient with me and all my questions also the owner for being so kind and I actually made the silly mistake of going to the wrong unit and she kindly assisted me and walked with me to my unit and made sure i liked it. This is truly a wonderful complex and community.
- HHHappyNov 12, 20255.0I appreciate the accommodations set forth and extended. The interior features brought me to view. Nice renovations and knowledgeable staff. Upon entering through gate visibly the second building was not appeasing to the eye! It appeared to have been damaged from fire. It's stated under new management. I would recommend more privacy discussing current tenant needs and new tenants financial/unit location/name.
