They charged me $400 because I put my mattress at my dumpster that they charge me a fee for every month. Then told me I have to get a personal dumpster out here to discard my trash. They told me to move then I got a U-Haul on a Tuesday night and on Friday the leasing manager pulled on a golf cart to tell me to move the U-Haul or it was going to be tagged. I feel like they harassed me in the end even though I was compliant to leave. Did I mention the ROACHES!!!! I found a better place for a better price pest free.
- KWKey WestJan 10, 20264.0I can’t give 5 stars because of one building. I moved in April 2025 on the second floor, then relocated to the first floor by June—and I’m much happier on the first floor. Dominique from the office staff has been amazing. Anytime there’s a maintenance issue, it’s addressed right away, and the maintenance crew is great. I do miss my rental home and having my own parking garage, but the 4-bedroom unit I live in now is huge—and that’s what sold me, along with Dominique. Overall, not bad for my first apartment/condo in Atlanta.
