  The property management company is one of many rental companies who do not take anything into consideration. Living there you are a number, a profit, and a victim. Their move out process alone is horrible and predatory. It is more expensive to move out then it is to put a down payment on a home. This place is horrible please do not move to 1401 west paces. Save the headache, and more importantly your funds. From unsafe living conditions to the building damaging your property. Please run far. Run far far away and do not give these scammers a dollar.

  Lev Mills at 1401 West Paces was absolutely amazing. From our first conversation over the phone, he was calm, professional, and delivered exceptional customer service with genuine love and grace. Although I wasn’t able to arrive at the property on time, he took the initiative to call and update me. Not only that, he went above and beyond by sending a detailed video of the community and a unit so I wouldn’t miss the experience. I understand this industry moves fast — and I mean fast — but Lew handled everything with patience and excellence. He is truly a great employee and a strong representation of the property.
