  I just moved in and had quite a few issues with my unit. Vaughn quickly tackled all of my maintenance concerns! The property is lucky to have him.

  Lived here for almost a year and it’s been a great experience overall. The interiors are nice and the gym is one of the better ones I’ve seen in an apartment building. Maintenance and management have also been consistently responsive and easy to work with. The only downside is noise from Duke’s Hideaway on Friday and Saturday nights during the spring, summer, and fall. My unit is close enough to hear it, but far enough that it’s not very annoying, and it always shuts off around midnight. If you’re in a unit directly bordering Duke’s, just be aware it can get very loud. Overall, I’d recommend living here if the location of your unit is good.

  Yes it is a wonderful place to live and all, but you will have to deal with roaches. I can only speak for Building Four, and Building Four only. Every morning, afternoon, and night even the day after I signed my lease there was a roach in the kitchen, and it was an embarrassing experience. They blamed it on the heat, but when I talked to my neighbors, they all had roaches in that building as well. But if you can deal with roaches, hey, why not? Everyone should experience living on the Beltline.

  Notice that most of the positive reviews are from people who posted after touring. And most of the negative reviews are from people who actually lived here. Cockroaches, trashy hallways, weed smells, iffy security, broken appliances, and management that doesn't care about issues you bring to them. I understand this is one of the cheaper apartment complexes on the Beltline. But fork over a bit more money and stay at a place that is better managed. You'll save yourself headache down the line.

  I’ve had a good experience at The Edge on the Beltline overall. The location is definitely a highlight being right on the Beltline makes everything feel super accessible. Like any community, there are occasional hiccups, but the team does a good job addressing concerns. It’s a nice place if you value location and convenience.
