Great location, new apartment, and Don and Jay were always incredibly prompt and professional whenever anything came up. They were more responsive than management at most places I’ve lived, and I really appreciated the community events too.

Disillusioned and disappointed with management! Manager has little respect for his tenants and is not very friendly to everyone and only seams to have conversations or speaks certain people?
We have lived here over two years and it’s been a nightmare!
being targeted by a prejudice and just from past experience seems like manager might be a little homophonic.
Our car windows were broken twice and they vandalized our car, someone kicked in the front driver’s door and passenger door and two of our motorcycles were stolen from same garage
Manager said they are not responsible for any damages to our property?? Supposedly they “rent” the 4th and 5th floor from another terrible company metropolis parking, they said they are not responsible either for any damages? It’s ridiculous and we are also angry that the management charged us 2,000 plus dollars for many things they said were damaged by us after deciding to transfer to another apt in building to get away from the very loud beltline.
my husband had major back surgery and he knew that, still no empathy or compassion at all, we lived there for over two in that apt and he expected us to return the apt to exactly how it was given to us.. it was brand new apt??things we had to pay for were normal wear tear, we were willing to pay for some of the things that got damaged but he started adding all these things basically he expected apt to be painted and deep cleaned which we did and in the exact condition it was given to us? We were tenants that lived in that apt.
and yet they wanted to charge us 1,200 just for nail holes?? We covered most of them and sanded down the spackle but still he never provided us with an invoice breaking down the charges we asked for.
Just added it to our rent knowing my partner is on disability and ask to have the charges broken up so that we can manage to pay rent always paid our rent on time and still are..
Management never returns phone calls and they don’t care about their tenants, plus we have no where to park on weekends even though we pay for parking which is included on rent!?
4th and 5th floor completely full on Fridays Saturday and sundays. ? We have no where to park? This place is not worth the $ we pay and we are not renewing our lease and will file formal complaint to corporate offices. Don is not a welcoming or nice person. Not like Tanis who we thought was a full tile front desk person, one of the reasons we loved it she was warm and made us feel happy to come home till after a month being there and building was full she left? And we were left with an unfriendly unwelcoming person who locks himself on his office and only says hi and speaks to certain people? Completely displeased disillusioned with Citizen 04w management.
We moved to other side on 6th floor to get away from the loud music that starts at 530am from gym downstairs and it is so loud between the restaurant Chiringa having sports games shown on large screen tv literally dozens and dozens of young people cheering loudly and keeping us from being able to open our only window that opens in that apt to get fresh air and can’t do that cause we can’t hear our tv cause of the music playing right downstairs from northern China cuisine Chiringa the gym and the belt one is out of control

It’s ridiculously loud and manager does nothing about it cause these businesses are rented by Citizen and they are making a lot of $ on these businesses so they do nothing about tenants complaining about noise. No amenities small tiny room for bikes which one was stolen from the suppsidly “secured locked” bike room? A joke!
Just a terrible experience living here and can’t wait to get out of this place! Would not recommend this place for the $ and they keep raising rent 200 a year? Revolving door of tenants moving out after 6 months and really no one that originally lived here are left? Tells you a lot a place you want to call home..
People don’t stay long here.

A recent visit with a friend, made it clear this complex isn’t an option for me. The pervasive weed smell, excessive noise from Vesta and Chiringa, and visibly poor management create an environment far below the price point. Resident feedback about noise, odor, and high costs is fully consistent with what I experienced.

I like. Lived here for two years. Small community, so people know each other. Great dog friendly location, nice apartments, and good staff.
New construction, so sound proofing is excellent. Parking is included in rent. The mandatory internet package is slightly expensive for the bandwidth, but I work from home everyday and NOT ONCE did I experience an outage.
The location is 11/10. On the Beltline, close to the restaurants and pop up events happening all summer.
Apartment floor plans are on the small side, so I wish they had a bigger bike storage space. 10 space bike rack in an apartment complex right on the Beltline was an odd decision.
Move here. Good place.
