  Firstly, DO NOT STAY HERE I promise you you can find better!!!! I wish I can give zero star rating. My man and I stayed here for a year if it didn’t affect us we would have broken our lease early. This place is filled with some of the most ignorant, selfish workers I have ever seen. The only good person is Mrs Elka (not sure if she is there now) the only kind person and maintenance was okay as well. As far as the office people go, these people are awful. I went to that office more than I can count for issues and NOTHING was fixed. They sit in the office and show zero care and remorse. If I can slap some sense into these people I would. ROACHES!!!! omg the amount of roaches is disgusting. They send these emails saying pest control is coming LOL they don’t do nothing!!! They spray water it seems because baby whatever that is doesn’t kill bugs. The next door neighbor was a drug dealer- he would have people walking in and out no matter what time of the day it is. I got tired of it so I went to the office asking for help (mind you a good place would never let it happen again and they would definitely remove the person or give consequences if it continued..) I went back 2 times they did nothing. The manger and couple others came by to talk to him. I listen to my ring and I swear it was just a play act. Packages- - you might as well not get anything delivered there That doesn’t fit in mail box. I had expensive stuff get stolen. The office tells you to call the cops and report. Again THE OFFICE PEOPLE SUCK! We left a while ago, but I’m just not getting around to leave review especially after a few days ago I went to retrieve mail that got sent there…again office people gave zero help and I STILL have zero help. Unbelievable. The owner of this place better be ashamed. I do not at all recommend this place to anyone. Ever. Ever. I hope to never lay my eyes on any of them again. Oh! And they never answer phone! With that being said, if there a response to this, do not tell me to call your office for “any help” !!!!!!! Yall are awful.

  This is a cheap place compared to others, it's okay but it's full of cockroaches, and if you go to the office, they just put out food to attract even more of them. We're freezing because the heating system doesn't work, we've gone to complain countless times about being cold and they do nothing. I'm giving it one star because it won't let me give half a star or a quarter of a star.

  We lived w a busted water heater for 2 months when they finally decided to come out our kitchen still isn't put together back right. This place sucks

  My stay here has been regular, but the treatment and relationship with the people in the offices has been deplorable. They don't answer the phone when I want to ask for help to pick up my packages, so far I have had one stolen. When I had to move to another apartment within the same place it was torture, I had to spend a lot of time because they didn't have clear answers and as I mentioned before, they don't answer the phone. I have tried to avoid needing people in the office because I know it is spending too much time and because of my job I can't go daily or arrive at times when the office is open. I hope you can coordinate better, answer the calls or at least enable your page correctly so I can access the parcel service.

  Roaches on Roaches on roaches. No matter how much you clean or how much you try to get rid of them, they’re always there. In your food, in your dishes everywhere, even in the bathrooms. They say they’ve tried to get rid of them but it only got worse.
