- KBKevin BradyJul 26, 20251.0This place is horrifying. I lived here for 7 years. The last 5 were pure hell. Worst cockroach infestation you can imagine. Literally 1000s of them. I'd even get them in fridge. Spraying does nothing since the entire complex is infested. Loud, rude and noisy neighbors. My immediate neighbors were drunk and loud 24/7. Management does nothing. Called police about 5 times. Dog poop everywhere. No one picks up dog poop and most pets are not even listed. Was tolerable my first year when rent was 480. Has gone up to 800 since. Avoid this place like the plague. Living in your car may be a better option.
