Also had a snake and lizard in my house so that was funš. Also property manager colleen sheppard disgusting attitude!! and as soon as you match her energy she will call the police!! If you want to live somewhere you would definitely want it to be nice and welcoming people in the office no one with a nasty attitude!! 0/10 save your time and your money!! Iām breaking my lease paying a termination fee just to leave! She also lacks common knowledge and because she doesnāt understand what youāre saying sheāll get upset š©š.

But Erica, the Assistant Manager at Serene at Creekstone, gave me tremendous help and support throughout the entire process. We exchanged nearly a hundred emails, and she was always incredibly attentive and patient, answering every one of my questions in detail. Even before I arrived in the U.S., my packages had already been delivered to the apartment. She kindly brought them inside for me to ensure they wouldnāt go missing. What touched me even more was that when I encountered difficulties setting up my electricity account, she took the initiative to help me contact the utility company and resolve the issue. None of this was part of her job description, she had no obligation to do any of it. And yet she went above and beyond to support me every step of the way. I am truly grateful to her. She is not only an outstanding manager but also a warm and trustworthy person.
