  I do not recommend anyone coming to this apartment complex. They dont answer your emails and the roaches are insane. My friend rents from here and its disgusting! Please take your money elsewhere. The apartments need to be renovated badly.

  MOLD. DO NOT move here. There was mold in my apartment and I was sick all the time. The leak was right over my bed! I asked for it to be repaired or to switch apartments. I was blown off several times. I tried to get out of the lease and was also denied. I went back and forth with them for two years. Finally they painted over the spot after 1 year and a half. “Solved”. I sent a notice that I wasn’t renewing my lease and on move out day they claimed I never let them know! I marched to the office and showed them proof so I could get out. They “lost the email”. I never received my deposit. Slum lord trash.

  My daughter moved out of her apartment at Cambridge in July of 2025. We have been trying to get our deposit back ever since. Since I co-signed on the lease, a message was left on my phone in September asking for an address to send the deposit. All my attempts to call back have resulted in no answer of the phone. We sent two certified letters with the address, and still no response. This seems like a dishonest attempt to not return deposits.

  If I can give this place a 0 star I most definitely will this place is filthy and dirty and nasty. I was giving an infested unit full of roaches I contact the leasing office I spoken to Nick and Brian several times The first day I moved in, I had said something I was told I I will be transferred to a different unit. I was told this back in October 20 24 and it is now going onto April 2025. I’ve been having this problem for seven months and they have did nothing but make up excuses and lie. The roaches have been in my bed all over the kitchen and the living room. And the tubs and the cabinets in my TV and all my furniture and in my dresser and my kids dresser so now everything I worked so hard for I have to To get rid of, they’ve been in my and my children’s clothes, they dropped in the tub while I was bathing my child We we seen A couple pregnant ones, and a roach actually getting busy with another roach me and my child both is very traumatized. This is nasty and disgusting. one even dropped in my hair while I was watching TV. They have also ended up in my food several times, even dropped in my food while I was cooking There was a roach crawling on me. I am very disgusted every time I email them, it gets ignored when I go into the office they come up with a lot of excuses. They’ve been coming up with excuses for seven months now and nothing has been done or resolved. I was giving A infested unit like this and they knew they knew the unit was infested that’s why the previous people moved out and they knew that was the reason why it’s still giving me a infested unit and there’s so much more save yourself money and go somewhere else do not lease here you will have to throw out of of your things I can’t kill them all, but I kill at least 40 a day everywhere you look you see a lot of of them this is no way anybody should live. This is inhabitable living condition. and there is no hiding from them because they are literally everywhere there’s babies there is pregnant ones and one’s about to give birth. There has been times where they gave birth in my pots and pans, and all my plates and silverware roaches carry bacteria and infections they even have babies on my bed.
