  Office staff is very polite and quick to respond to any issues we have and the community overall is nice and I enjoy living here

  DO NOT LIVE HERE. I pay over $1300 per month to live with roaches and crackheads. Was supposed to have my unit sprayed, but the company never came. Instead they rescheduled then threatened to charge us $100 if we’re not ready by the new date (very hypocritical). Most units do not have washer/dryer, but the laundry facilities are always broken & dirty. There is little to no upkeep of the buildings, every single unit has window screens & patio doors hanging off. Haven’t used the gym because every piece of equipment was broken when I last attempted to. Management never responds to emails or handles complaints. My neighbors throw food, cigarettes, and beer onto my patio & the common walkway on a weekly basis, but nothing has been done at all despite numerous complaints over a span of months. They ONLY take action over non-payment. When people do get evicted, their belongings sit outside for weeks at a time. Still haven’t received a mailbox key after multiple inquiries. The disappointment really never ends. Disorganized, poorly managed, and overpriced for what you’re offered.

  I do not recommend anyone coming to this apartment complex. They dont answer your emails and the roaches are insane. My friend rents from here and its disgusting! Please take your money elsewhere. The apartments need to be renovated badly.

  MOLD. DO NOT move here. There was mold in my apartment and I was sick all the time. The leak was right over my bed! I asked for it to be repaired or to switch apartments. I was blown off several times. I tried to get out of the lease and was also denied. I went back and forth with them for two years. Finally they painted over the spot after 1 year and a half. “Solved”. I sent a notice that I wasn’t renewing my lease and on move out day they claimed I never let them know! I marched to the office and showed them proof so I could get out. They “lost the email”. I never received my deposit. Slum lord trash.
