  We moved in to our new home the end of February. We are so excited to be settled now! Kevin was wonderful during our orientation, move in and follow up. He truly means it when he says to reach out to him anytime. Jillian in the sales office was always accommodating as well. We love the quality and craftmanship of our home. We are hoping to be able to use the amenities at the Eden in the near future! :)

  We recently closed on our new home at Lakeview and couldn't be happier with the experience. Jillian was amazing from start to finish - she was always responsive, walked us through every step of the process, and made what could have been an overwhelming journey feel smooth and manageable. Kevin on the construction side was equally impressive. He was meticulous and hands-on, making sure everything was taken care of right up until closing day. Thanks to both of them, we were able to close with confidence. We're so excited to be part of this community!

  Toll Brothers at Lakeview is the real deal. The homes are spacious, well-designed, and built with quality materials that hold up to scrutiny. The neighborhood has a quiet, understated charm that is hard to find—it feels elegant without being overdone or cookie-cutter. The lake is a lovely touch. Whether you are taking an evening walk or just enjoying the view, it adds a peacefulness to the community that makes it feel like more than just a subdivision. At night especially, the neighborhood has a calm, almost magical quality to it. The sales, construction, and mortgage teams all delivered first class service throughout the entire process—professional, responsive, and genuinely invested in making the experience smooth from start to finish. I love that I get to call this place home.
