  As a resident of Vinings Cove subdivision for 28 years, I continue to be pleased with my choice to live here. HOAs take a real beating these days, but except for a very short "blip" one year, we have been blessed with the former McCreary Realty, now Homeside Properties as our partner in maintaining home value in every respect, though the other half of that feat is our HOA Board. They are continuously active, fair, compassionate, and even lend a hand on a humanitarian level on occasion...and I choose to believe that is at the guidance/behest of Homeside staff. Any time I receive communication with HS, it is swift, explanatory, and never - ever - with any negativity - just informational, guiding, and patient. Judging from so much blaspheme of other HOAs I see and hear so much about? We have a model situation here, in large part because of our partnership with Homeside Properties. Can't thank you enough, and so does my home value!

  As a resident of the Heron Bay, I truly appreciate the level of care and professionalism that Felecia Lynch brings to her role as one of our HOA community managers. Felecia consistently provides outstanding customer service. She is responsive, attentive, and takes the time to ensure that questions and concerns are addressed thoroughly. What stands out most is her patience—she approaches every interaction with a calm, understanding demeanor that makes you feel heard and valued. Her pleasant tone and approachable nature make communication easy and reassuring.   My first interaction with Homeside Properties was in May 2025, when they returned to manage my community after a two-year absence due to being contracted with another property management company. Sometimes you do not realize what you had until its gone, and that is why we brought Homeside back onboard. Homeside is truly superior to other property management organizations in this area. As a homeowner, I found everyone at Homeside Properties to be very warm, welcoming, and that they always respond in a very timely manner no matter what the need or question was. Town Square, the homeowner’s portal, has proven to be an extremely straightforward way to navigate and communicate with Homeside, and has everything at the homeowner’s fingertips that they would need. I have enjoyed learning about all that Homeside Properties offer our community, which far exceeds our last property management company by a longshot. In January 2026, I joined the Board of Directors and am in awe of the expertise, reliability, and professionalism that each team member exemplifies, and the shared commitment to our Board and all homeowners, to make sure our community is not only successful, but that our goals are reached. I look forward to learning from each of them and working alongside Homeside Properties in the coming years.
