We recently moved into Walton Bluegrass, and we couldn’t be happier with our experience so far. The entire move-in process was smooth and stress-free, thanks to the organized and welcoming team. Every interaction has been friendly, professional, and genuinely helpful.
The community itself is beautiful, well-kept, and clearly cared for. I already feel at home here. My neighbors have been warm and respectful, and the environment has a peaceful, community-focused feel that I really appreciate.
I’m truly glad we chose Walton Bluegrass as our new home and look forward to being part of this wonderful community!

Apartment 1303 has critters all in the apartment. I see them on the walls in broad daylight. They have come to spray a few times, it doesn’t seem to work.
They have come to fix a leak on the bathroom floor twice. I just wipe up the water now.
There is mold in the bathroom. I have used bleach, baking soda and vinegar, sos pads, it doesn’t help.
The stove fan barely works. They came to “ fix” it and said that all the apartments are like that. It just makes a little noise when it’s turned on and really doesn’t work.
They did fix the garage disposal. I appreciate that.
The apartment is directly behind the Dunkin’ donut and noise and traffic from the street starts early.
The rent is a little under $1800.00 per month.
The luxury apartments have no washer and dryer,. Only a hookup for &50 per month.
Sam showed me the model which had a washer and dryer and stated that the apartment came with all the appliances that you see. On my drive up from Florida, I learned that there was no washer or dryer only a hookup.
It has been somewhat disappointing.
When I first started having the issues with the insects I put baking soda and vinegar around my front door in case they were coming in through there. Sam and one of the maintenance guys came like bullies making a huge deal. I explained what it was. I poured water on it and it dissolved. It actually made the concrete look cleaner and brighter.
They don’t pressure clean the stairwells either.
The place looks like it is maintained from the outside.
I am just sharing my experience.
