First off, let’s talk about the hiccup – the constructor manager had a bit of a slip-up with the lot number. Yep, you read that right. They started construction on the wrong lot! Beside that, there was a four-month freeze off construction process, a lot of issues and concerns that were sometimes addressed, sometimes no. Needless to say, we were not thrilled. But hey, every cloud has a silver lining, right? Once they swapped out the manager, things started to look up. The new manager was like a breath of fresh air. Suddenly, everything fell back into place, and our dream home started taking shape. And let me tell you, it was worth the wait. Our home? Top-notch quality. We couldn’t be happier with how it turned out. The manager did a great job! Now, here’s the cherry on top. Throughout this rollercoaster ride, we had something that kept us sane – usepicky dot com app, a home construction management tool built for homeowners. This little lifesaver helped us to wrangle all the issues during construction and even after we moved in. It’s like having a superhero for homeownership dramas! So yeah, if you’re on the lookout for a construction company that delivers quality and has your back, give Toll Brothers a shout. They will just give you the runaround, especially if you get the pleasure of working with Doug who is the biggest liar I have ever dealt with. I don’t know how they keep this guy employed.
