I came September 2024 to look at a 2 bedroom 2 bath apartment. I spoke with Christopher and explained I would need a space that was fit for my toddler and myself. He showed me a beautiful model apartment that came with a great location so it had lots of sunlight, it had a curved shower curtain pole in each bathroom. The mirrors in the bathrooms were updated and the unit was cleaned & equipped with clean and updated appliance. I explained I would be ready to move in December 2024 and can sign a 15 month lease. He explained the unit I would have was not available to view but I could come a week before I’m
scheduled to sign the lease. Rookie Mistake #1. If possible, view the unit you will actually have and not the model units. When I did my walk through I noticed the washing machine had what appeared to be pet hair inside from the previous owners. The tub had painters tape and still needed to be repainted. Chris assured me everything would be ready when time to move in a week from that day. none of those things were done. The machine was never cleaned so I did it myself but for some reason it makes a loud popping sound when running. The apartment has poorly done repairs and renovations. you can tell someone has just been painting over walls, hinges, borders etc repeatedly over the years. My bathroom ceiling had mold grow on more than one occasion which I reported. They started what smells like bleach and clean it off. I’m so worried about the mold exposure in this unit and even building. The vents had mold growing on them and I had never even noticed. I’m 5’4 and don’t usually look up but once day did and notice so much mold growing on the vents. The water pressure is so low and the water has been off at least 4 times to fix pipes. The fireplace is dated and frankly an eyesore. We definitely had an issue with roaches. Parking for my building can be scarce at times due to being on a dead end road. The pool was nice but it’s no escape from the sun what so ever. The indoor pool was only opened during business hours. There is no valet trash or reserve parking available. I had black appliances because upgrading to stainless steel was not an option. When it was time to renew, I was told I could not downsize to a 1 bedroom since I was already in a 2 bedroom. After expressing how I felt about my unit and my overall experience, the manager and assistant manager offered apologies and then advised downsizing could be an option. By then, I was so turned off I just decided the best thing to do was move. I will not be renewing my lease. I pray my daughter and I have no long term affects from the mold exposure. I am counting down to February 2026 when we move. I said I wouldn’t leave a review but in good faith I felt I should share MY experience.

Es una comunidad Tranquila y el personal de oficina es muy amable. Pero esta infestado de cucarachas y debe mejorar en el mantenimiento dentro de los apartamentos como en su alrededor. Si no fuera por eso le daría un 5⭐️
