The entire staff always greet you with a smile and are very helpful to our needs, and are quick to attend to any problems that arise . The grounds and facilities are kept clean every day by Arturo, a friendly courteous workers. Kudos to the maintenance, Ming. He’s amazing, just know what he’s doing, always take care of the issues in no time.

From touring with Jennifer to completing the application process to the move in experience - all seamless! The apartment was clean and fresh when we moved in. Jennifer answered all of our questions throughout the process and made us all feel very comfortable and confident. Rates are very comparable to surrounding area. Location is extremely convenient and neighborhood is a gated community.

If you’re considering this community, I highly recommend asking for Jennifer—you’ll be in great hands!

Love our stainless steel appliances especially. Mary in the office is always so kind and helpful and makes everything so easy! From the leasing process at the beginning to renewals every year, it’s been a great, smooth experience. Everyone at the front office is honestly so kind and genuinely ready to assist with anything. Ming, the maintenance supervisor, is also amazing! He is always professional, kind, and so quick to fix any issues in the apartment. It is such a relief knowing things get handled fast by him and his team. Overall, I would say the property is always clean and well taken care of, which I really appreciate. I also love how many inclusive community events they host. They care about their residents and it shows. Overall, such a great place to live and I definitely recommend it considering it’s so close to grocery stores, retail, restaurants, and GA-400!!
